not mention China. But it seems to me that Greece's downfall may (just may)

知道为什么大家让你看非二田的车，至少我不是因为
为了抗日而让你不买二田。是实实在在为了让你好砍价。
想想这个道理，你只看这两个，非这两不买，完全没自己的alternative choice
dealer一看，你又不买其他车，你还最近一定要买车，当然觉得吃定你了，你不跟他作
生意的风险太小，吃你一笔高额利润的利益太多，是个dealer都要卖你高价
比如你说你同时在看passat VE（或者sonata etc），去VW dealer那里砍个低价低apr
的quote出来，再去找你的二田dealer，让他看到你的alternative choice非常可行，
他再拽你就走人，他能不让价吗。
上过商学院里面应用game theory或negotiation课程的人都应该知道，有个最经典的
pitfall就是:

看了carfax，title，emission，odometer什么的ms都没什么问题，但是有几个地方有
点奇怪：
这个车短短八年换了三个owner，都是personal，同一个州。第一个开了5年，第二个开
了1年半，第三个（现任）也只近两年
在第二个owner期间，有一次recall reported， recall #Q96, driver airbag
inflator
这个第二个owner只开了6k mile
第三个owner开了12k mile+，现在说卖给我，价要得比kbb上fair的还低500（虽然她好
像之前没查过kbb，后来有点后悔），现任owner听口音不是native，但还是很流利，家
里有小孩，看住址怀疑是韩国人（汗。。。）
accord还是很心水的，而且价钱也真算诱人，就是担心会不会有什么pitfall啊，新人
第一辆车，不免左思右想，还望版上大虾们各抒己见，不吝赐教！谢谢~ |

first-author manuscript before I decide I like it or not. Every job has its
pitfalls anyway and getting your name on a paper is not a small deal.

You can still do research with only a MD degree. It is also easier to get
grants from NIH as a MD. The only pitfall is that most MDs will not do
research because the lifestyle is bad. I only did my PhD because I didn't

。所以你在那个12页的正文里其实是每个大段落都必须有Premise, Rigorous, and
other considerations这三个小段落。我觉得Premise其实就是以前的那个Rationale的
等价品, 而Rigorous, and other considerations差不多就是以前的那个pitfall and
alternative resolution 的代替品。这个是我的理解，不知道对不对。希望参加了今
年的review panel 的人来说说。 |

As far as I know, scottrade is the only one who doesn't charge
a fee for Out-Going Account Transfers. Firstrade charges $50,
which is average.
So my question is: is there a way to reduce or eliminate this
charge? Can I DIY? I don't mind keeping everything in cash for
up to 60 days. If so what pitfalls I need to watch out since
it's an IRA account?

别管用。我很喜欢自己给自己出难题和搜集Behavior questions. (Tech questions
大部分是事实问题based on your knowledge， behavior is where the art of

答案不是最好，但也能提高我们对整个这个国家在社会劳工契约上的一些约定俗成，避
