我看的是ryan homes at pinnacle pointe
ryan homes和heartland是一家，后者高档一些
本堡著名的builder还有maronda，和dan ryan是一家，后者稍微贵一些
还有个builder叫weaver homes，不了解
上面几个都是承包小区然后地皮房子一起卖的那种，ryan和maronda都有很多负面评价
关于realtor，就像楼上说的，跟你的根本利益不一致，太老实的不会帮你砍价和抢房
，太精明的你又怕被他坑，有的只对一个地方的房源比较清楚，有的不懂房子内部的结
构，美国经纪也搞不懂中国人的偏好。。。找到一个完美的经纪很困难。做好自己做功
课的准备。 |

对于攀岩爱好者来说，yosemite本就是天堂，这里有最具挑战的攀岩路线。著名的EL Capitan 上总是挂满了勇敢的攀岩者。 徒手攀岩又是这项运动的极限，挑战体能速度耐力，可能对大多数人来说这是疯狂，但对热爱这项运动的人来说，热爱就是热爱。

语音识别技术实不实用关键就是识别率。识别率不高就是垃圾。
我不是做语音识别的，但是作为使用者明显感觉bing的识别率远远高于google.
iPhone 4S识别率如何最终要由用户检验。
另外这个语音识别技术不是苹果的，

有意思的，公园两个入口，开车路不通这两个门，可以hiking走通，公园免费或者你有
年票的时候去1-2次就够了。 |

17mile，卡梅尔， monterey出海看鲸鱼。
santa cruz的火车，海边的游乐场。gilroy的大蒜和outlet。
redwood的filoli。fremont的mission peak（看乌泱乌泱的中国人）。Sunol。
三藩的fine arts什么，渔人码头，de young。金门桥。东边的Mountain Diablo。
muir beach。stinson beach。
point reyes的灯塔。china camp的乌龟山。
中间省略100miles。
mendocino。fort bragg的玻璃沙滩。lake tahoe。
都是可以一天来回的，可以随便选4个地方。 |

个人认为，这正是春暖花开的好季节，hiking/camping 都是再好不过的时刻。Point
Reyes看灯塔，吃Oyster，Capitola/Santa Cruz看surfer，Pinnacle钻山洞，Angel
Island骑车环游，。。。要去远一点的话，Napa Valley品酒/坐火车，Amrican River
漂流，Truckee 骑马，Yosemite看山，。。。选择太多了。其实去过，再去一次也都值
得 |

别忘记去里面的 pinnacles area, 地形地貌也很奇特。 而且带着老人孩子， 这些都
是直接drive就到， 不需要走路的， 不用那么辛苦。
