乒乓球横拍反手的重要技术与要点：
横拍反手攻球，类似于弹击，发力方式为击打，这在处理半高球时比较有用。横拍反手
搓球，这是对付下旋短球的基本功，要熟练掌握。很多时候，业余发的多数是反手出台
长球，所以处理好出台球的反手弧圈球似乎更为重要。
横拍反手弧圈球，动作小，容易掌握，球友们可以单独练习。其基本动作是：球拍由准
备姿势顺势向下方引至大腿内侧处，身体重心随之下降，右肩下沉，肘关节稍向前顶出
，在来球的下降前期或者高点期，向上前方挥拍，以肘关节为力点带动前臂发力向外挥
出，充分发挥手腕的转动动作。详细动作可以参考我的《乒乓球横拍选手如何拉反手弧
圈球》一文。另外，这是提示的是反手拉球时候以肘关节为力点的挥臂动作非常重要，
并且要快，这个动作大家可以参考唐建军博士的教学视频资料，名称是如何拉反手前冲

generally, charm of one sport origins from unexpection, surprise and
creativity. Pre defined rule (route) diminishes all these. So what you
proposed is not favored in all ball related sports except pingpang. The
reason of this rule in pingpang, as I said before, comes from avoiding
sinlge player dominate the game thus make the partner dispensible. So it is

想起来似乎没有什么运动能够让我坚持这么久的拉--足球除外,可是到米国3年没踢上两脚
球,狠狠心戒了!
于是改打pingpang,借拍子玩了3个星期后,自己弄了块专业级的皮,打了一次后把pingpang
也戒了,600度的近视眼要盯那小小银球还真不容易.
后来实在胖的不行了(170 lbs),溜冰吧,借了鞋跟着roommate溜到中央公园,溜到世贸中心
,或者溜过桥到new
jersey,又花70刀买鞋,不过新鞋到了后就只溜了两次,其中一次是到hudson河边去吃桑椹!
体重扔不掉,还多了高血压,听医生建议游泳.出国前还真带了泳裤,就是忘带帽子,正好一a
migo多一顶,算是正而八竟游了不得个多月,体重总算控制住了.后来老婆从国内带来了帽
子和新的speedo泳裤给我,却正好碰上老板逼文章逼的紧,于是也不游泳了.
至于打网球,过去是试过挥几下拍子的,被人嘲笑的不行,一直没兴趣.今年roommate西去另
谋高就,留下prince球拍一只,正好楼下有个壁球墙,每天早上老婆赶我下去打墙,为的是出
一身汗减肥.谁知道一发不可收拾,打了1个星期后就约人打场子.别看那些人 |

Pingpang ball?
This one was natural pollination. I didn't pollinate it.
All other baby watermelons under natural pollination died at the size of
1inch x 1/6 inch x 1/6 inch, like a fish oil.
Only this one grows up to a Pingpang ball.
how big when a baby watermelon grows, can we say the pollination is
successful? |
