之后city被告了，所以他们加大了drainage的改造,沿着memorial drive的排水管粗了
很多，加速往Bayou灌。但是bayou现在的排水能力在15年那次差不多已经达到极限了，
过了8号到piney point那段非常容易flood。就算不考虑水库放水的因素，只要达到15
，16年两次暴雨的水平，相当一片bayou边上的房都危险 |

Potomac ridge is built in the mid 80s' and Willows is probably mid to late
90s'.
Near by Piney Glen Village is newer, but more expansive and in Churchill
school. There are some good size townhouses priced around 700k. |
