Pinch Collar的理论其实我也赞同。
不过它的使用业界还是有争论的。
我对此不反对，只是持保留态度而已。
当然如果jacob表现太坏，我会考虑上的，不过在有其他办法的情况下，我还是尽量避
免之。
别说pinch collar，就是choke collar ，我也没有给jacob上过。
如果狗突然太兴奋了，弄不好会把狗伤到。 |

了trainer好好训练就会好的。另外就是像上面的人说的，一定要想办法牵好啊，这样

两个概念了。就说pinch to zoom，爱峰是第一个将这个idea实现在手机上的，而且做
得很好。但是这个idea是不是“首创”呢？显然不是，在这之前，比如上世纪90年代吧
，可能有publication（具体的paper我就不点名了）已经首次介绍过这个idea，然后陆
续有别的publication，或者application中应用了这个idea。注意，这个application
未必一定是大规模被投入使用了的。那么，这个idea就不能算作苹果的首创，那么打官
司的时候，专家顾问团可能用事实证明这个idea在爱峰申请专利之前已经被大量的引用
和实践过了，所以这个专利不应该被批准。另外还有一点需要注意的是，“广为人知”
“显而易见”并不是以普通用户为参考系，而是对设计者，业内人士而言的。所以也许
pinch to zoom对广大用户来说是革命性的一个idea，但是以专业界面设计人员为参照
系，并非如此，而是广为人知的idea。
