killed in a car accident, camera failure, or he simply dont care about your
wedding.
Excatly why I have a professional photographer for my wedding and I also
have a beginner photographer as well.
For people who dont have the money or dont want to spend that much money on
a professional photographer, I am your best choice. Isnt it? And just FYI,

发帖数: 308 | 25 版面上房托，房黑天天争论，这让我想起了前一段时间看到个帖子，楼主认为过去多年来，好学区和坏学区的房价差别拉的过大，到了不make sense的地步，认为弯曲房市的trend就是低端和高端的差别会拉到20%左右的房价差别。
market自己的trend好像就是force这样的情况发生：
1. foreclosure 在drag down housing price的同时，导致了房租的剧烈飙升，现在差区买房子已经可以beat 租房子了；
2. 好区的房子因为贷款cap的降低以及经济上面的不稳定性导致人们的risk 趣味的走低，的确是在稳步下行。
个人感觉---市场规律正在起作用，现在的big picture 貌似正是market在reblance itself，不要奢望低端的房子还要跌多少了，也不要奢望高端的房子还会涨了。估计最可能的情况是低端涨，高端跌，直到平衡性达成。不过房市运动很慢，这过程可能需要好些年。 |
