发帖数: 35582 | 8 今天把5D仔细的玩了玩，主要对比了一些和以前20D不同的东西。软件方面最大的升级
就是那个picture style了，可能用400D和30D的都玩过了。
感觉这个东西对直接出片还是有一定的帮助的。比如你帮别人拍片子，不想花太多时间
后处理，可以设个picture style然后直接出片，或者raw+jpg，马上就能把jpg给别人。
5D机内预设了六种style，分别是standard(default),portrait,landscape,neutral,
faithful和monochrome。其中monochrome是20D上就有的，这次搬到picture style里面
来了，亦提供几种滤镜效果供选择。
Canon专门做了一个展示和推广picture style技术的网站:

这个网站有各种picture的详细介绍，效果演示，并且还提供几种额外的picture供下载
使用。

希望再找2人，男女不限。我计划下个礼拜5下午走，开到mackinaw island, 礼拜6玩

感觉canon的dpp里最有价值的就是给raw格式配上不同的picture style。
曾经尝试手动调整lightroom里面的raw，不过怎么调也调不出完全一致的来。
能不能把canon的这个picture style转换成lightroom的develop presets呢？
另外，adobe又出了一个lightzone，貌似可以搭配lightroom的。
不知道有人用过了没有？

今天我在很多中文网站头版都看到一篇文章，以非常猎奇甚至赞许的口吻报道了一件非
洲大草原上的奇事：一个摄影师拍到一只母狮吃掉一只母羚羊后，那个被吃羚羊的孤儿
一头小羚羊不但不跑还主动凑到那只母狮子跟前。然后那篇报道以非常赞许的口吻说：
“这只母狮的母爱本能战胜了杀戮天性，它非但没有吃下这只小羚羊，相反还将它收养
在了自己身边。”
看了那篇报道和那些照片，不知有多少朋友们和我有同样的感受，那就是对这类猎奇报
道的反感和厌恶。特别是这里附上的这张来自原报道的照片，不但不让人感到好奇有趣
，而且事实上是一张非常sad的picture。
不管大家是普世关爱一切的爱心泛滥人士还是觉得说这些完全是吃多了撑的，至少我觉
得大家都应该多一份看到一个事情时的独立判断，客观分析，所谓critical thinking

我分别在儿子6个月，9个月，12个月去了picture people, 现在还办了membership, 以
后老二出来也会继续去，所以还是有一定的发言权的。。
总体来说，picture people的服务态度很好，不管你最后买不买照片或者买多少，都不
会为难你或者给你脸色看，虽然实际情况是我们总是忍不住要买几张。
省钱的办法：
1）他家有很多promotion, 经常有那种free 8X10 or 10X13的 portrait and 25%
additional purchase 的，一般刚怀孕ob会送，网上也可以找得到，也会寄到家里。。
我们家定期收到这种coupon，很划算。
2）他家会把所有的照片链接用email发给你，一般非membership保存期是3 or 6个月，
membership是一年。所以如果你当时做不了决定要哪张不要哪张，过几天再买也可以的
。。不过我很ws的发现那些照片可以保存下来，虽然size很小，只能打印4X6的，但是
其实我也只是放在电脑里留念自己看看，不在乎s |

eastern sierra的秋天来了。不是为了贪恋秋色，只是为了捡起4年前那条未能如愿的
登顶之路,picture peak。我可以算是一个执著的人，走过的trail很少有半途而废的。
虽然回间隔很长时间，但梗记在心，终于会努力完成。Shasta, 是这样，Hood也是这样
。今天要做的是走到山顶，眺望以下风景，然后回家。
这条路在心中却不如四年前美丽，Lake Sabrina湖边的白杨树叶黄了。
blue lake依旧宁静深蓝，一如四年前。
月色下的dingleberry lake，所有呱藻纷繁都已褪去，静如心水。
hungry packer lake谷底，picture peak在望。
倒映中的picture peak
暮色中的lake sabrina
秋色的白杨林中，甚至没有一缕炊烟
依旧没有找到路，功亏一篑，依旧没有登顶。虽300英尺之遥，在没有绳索保护的情况
下却足不敢前，不愤而归，特此留念。 |

pictured rock is one of the best place to go. 5.5 hours (munising, MI)
driving from Milwaukee.
i plan to leave Milwaukee friday afternoon stay in some where close to
Munising, MI that night. i will spend 2 days at pictured rock and come back
Sunday afternoon. there will be 30 plus chinese from Chicago go to pictured
rock that weekend with similar plan.

share mine here. My own pictures are not too good compared to what most of the MM have shown in MITBBS.
It was taken back in 2006, time flies by when we are so

package is RMB 2,999 for 20 pictures five different looks, and I picked
another additional 20 pictures for RMB 180/photo. The studios in HK charge way
more. |

今天我在很多中文网站头版都看到一篇文章，以非常猎奇甚至赞许的口吻报道了一件非
洲大草原上的奇事：一个摄影师拍到一只母狮吃掉一只母羚羊后，那个被吃羚羊的孤儿
一头小羚羊不但不跑还主动凑到那只母狮子跟前。然后那篇报道以非常赞许的口吻说：
“这只母狮的母爱本能战胜了杀戮天性，它非但没有吃下这只小羚羊，相反还将它收养
在了自己身边。”
看了那篇报道和那些照片，不知有多少朋友们和我有同样的感受，那就是对这类猎奇报
道的反感和厌恶。特别是这里附上的这张来自原报道的照片，不但不让人感到好奇有趣
，而且事实上是一张非常sad的picture。
不管大家是关爱一切的爱心泛滥人士还是觉得说这些完全是吃多了撑的，至少我觉得大
家都应该多一份看到一个事情时的独立判断，客观分析，所谓critical thinking。我

meta-information. I heard there is some software to add the date/time onto
the picture , we need this to display our baby's age,

details太多了，就用big picture调剂调剂。
