方式（不知道中文有没有确定的翻译）。
Hybrid Picking是指弹中很有特点的演奏方式之一。广义的Hybrid Picking可以包括
Thumb Picker，就是一种套在大拇指的Picker，大家可以看一看下边的图片
这个人的右手大拇指上戴的就是Thumb Picker。Thumb Picker并不贵，网上很容易买到
，我一般都买一打（然后到处乱丢）。
狭义的Hybrid Picking只用普通的拨片，加上中指和无名指；这样弹奏的手指实际上是
少了一根。但是这种弹奏自有它的独特之处，可以混合扫弦，音色也比较容易控制。
Tommy甚至用拨片来点泛音点，用另一个手指弹拨 - 这一种弹奏他可以做到眼花缭乱，
虽然也是可以练出来的。

里面的top 5% note picker能8-10% return。但是down side就是我说的那些。
想达到top 5%，如果资金大的话，基本跟个full time analyst job差不多了。
我一直就是几千块钱随便玩玩。总之基本就是个time and skill based投资
工具，需要花时间，需要学习note picking skill。因为里面90%以上note都是
垃圾，需要time and skill去筛选出来剩下的那点gem。还得整天守在上面，
因为别的picker也能看出来是gem，这种好note很快就被迅速买完了。 |

发帖数: 346 | 34 谢谢。我的策略虽然是top-down,但不是stock picker或者sector picker，而是根据宏
观和行业来排除掉风险高的地域和行业板块。在没有排除的版块里对于其中的强势股，
我有时候会比较主观拍脑袋的同时基于技术指标选择一些组合，然后在持有期里根据技
术指标和宏观面的变化割去弱势股rebanlancing，继续持有强势股。这个策略的好处是
能够及时避免掉烂公司烂行业等可能带来巨大损失的错误选择，但是坏处是对于一些长
期不涨甚至明显落后大盘但是忽然一日暴涨的股票我是抓不住的。当然持续稳定上涨的
股票我能拿得住。所以由于我的策略所限我没办法建议sector,很可能我进的sector不
是个好的sector，我一两个月内就rebalancing了。当然我会尽我所能对一些问题进行
分析，如果有明显风险的我会及时提示。以上仅是我个人看法，不代表任何投资建议。

供一种思路而已。我本人也并不认同文中主人公的做法。40年的buy and hold,基本属
于stock picker的范畴，如果不小心选了柯达，安永，雷曼兄弟怎么办？所以
rebalancing是必须的。但是文章的内容还是很有启发意义的。我知道有一些fund采取
的策略就是dividend growth，具体讲就是买入dividend有增长的股票，抛出dividend
降低的股票。当然这其中还有很多细节，比如dividend增长多少的股票才考虑买入，比
如同样dividend有增长的股票买哪个不买哪个；比如dividend cut的股票是一cut就抛
还是要cut到一定程度再抛？实际操作上通常还是要结合宏观面和行业公司基本面甚至
技术面分析的。但是这类dividend growth fund是否能稳定击败S&P500说实话我没做过
统计所以也没有权。但是我还是可以在这里做点分析的。通常dividend高的公司growth

There are two problems:
1. Too many candidates from one particular country. When diversity is not
kept people don’t integrate, communicate between their culture only, bring
all their relatives, hire only from their country, nothing good. No any
country should get more than 10% of H1B or GC.
2. The way India abuses H1B flooding and even selling applications (what is
against the US law).

地方零星分布Walleye。Connecticut River，Merrimack River，Quabbin Res。屁股肉
，有Bass的Pond里面基本都有，还贼多。爱吃就多拿点回去。有意思是我第一条
Pickeral也是在Sudbury Res钓的。很亢奋，以为中了Pike。 |

都很少用。 粉色用的更少。 今天第一条辣妹咬的是 green/white。 一直没有白鲈咬
钩， 我就换上粉色钓辣妹了。 这个湖里没有 pike, pickeral 这类非常 aggressive
的鱼， 所以不必担心被那些贪心的家伙把我的饵没收。

器材：XPAN, 45mm
参数：1/125s, f/13（half stop overexpose for ASA 100）
冲洗：HC-110 Dil H, 21 C, 19 min, 2 inversions per 2 min
扫描：9000ED
后期：降低了highlight和black cliping
说明：Polypan F 50是德国产的一种35mm胶卷，据说是电影胶卷，ebay上只有300ft和
500ft的大盘卖。这个胶卷最大的特点是便宜，500ft的一盘没过期的算上从德国寄来的
运费也只要$50，相比之下，以前很流行的Kodak 5222黑白电影胶卷400ft一般就要卖
到$160左右。
这个胶卷的片基很薄，所以150ft的胶卷可以装进100ft的bulk film loader里面。因为
片基薄，所以有点偷工减料，少了一种防光晕的涂层，结果拍出来高光部分经常就会有
光晕。如果你买不起莱卡，却想要你的照片有点Leica glow，可以考虑这个胶卷。不过
这也导致了这个胶卷的高光部分容易溢出。这个胶卷的片基虽然薄，却很结实有韧性。

颜色，然
后看在color picker里的位置。平行向左移动到底就是饱和度到最低，垂直向下到底就
是亮度最低。
将一张彩色照片的饱和度拉到最低，变成的是一张有灰度的黑白照片，而不是一张全黑
的色块。这就解释了你的问题。 |

大部分新闻里对此说的有点含糊，但是在Washington post 里面说的貌似真的就是这样。
说是老头要求再给他儿子三四个小时，医院不听，一定要开始拔管子，让他儿子自行死
去。
（那个时候他儿子不能自主呼吸，如果拔了管子，一定就真的要死了）。
但是就在对持的那个几个小时里面，他的儿子真的就出现了生命迹象，于是老头才安心
的投降了。

俺每周六遛狗，都拿着picker，把小区里路边上的狗屎和垃圾清理起来；养狗4年来一
贯如此。
现在小区里周末常看见跟我一样拿着picker的人，到处捡路边垃圾。 |
