我们等了２个月的调查结果出来了，“查无实证”！！！ 原文引用如下：“Physicla
Abuse/Cuts, Bruises, Welts, Abrasions and Oral Injuries were unfounded
related to Staff's actions, ... All witnesses reported they did not observe
any bruises on XXX's thighs. All witnesses reported XXX was held most of the
time because she cried a lot. Unknown staff's actions placed XXX at no risk
of harm and were not to the degree reqired by statue to find abuse.”
看到这个结果，我们既愤怒又无奈，这个调查机构的混蛋逻辑真让人无语，那些所谓的
witnesses都 |

发帖数: 13135 | 3 是不是因为你没有证人证明你孩子有淤血？他们调查的时候，可能孩子的腿已经好了。
幼儿园的老师自
然不会做证有淤血。就算你有照片，但是也很难证明在哪发生的，何时发生的。
不过，这也是为啥学校如果真有abuse,很难发现。谁也不可能天天带个证人去接孩子，
接孩子的时候也
不可能把孩子全身查个遍。等孩子回了家，就讲不清楚，人家说不定说你掐得孩子。

认为你确信, 但是我看这事情最多有80%真如你想的那样.另外即使如你说的那样, 可能
还不算虐童.
你气不过可以:
1. 请律师告.
2. 小额法庭告
3. 网上去发一堆恶评
4. 到门口去举牌.
5. 到各个机构去举报,给他们麻烦.

讲得很好了.幼儿园里发生了什么,谁干了什么,在那儿干的,都能讲的很清楚了.如果有
几个小孩作证,也是有用处的吧.
