随着股票推手和叫卖者力推在特定时候热门的任何投资趋势——铀、互联网、石油，仙
股市场经历着一个个周期，毫无疑问，目前的仙股“投资”主题是大麻，而美国证券交
易委员会（SEC）不喜欢这个主题。
大麻题材的仙股热潮已经持续了一段时间，但上周五SEC向投资者发布了一份告诫信，
警示“可能存在涉及大麻相关投资的诈骗行为”，并且指出“骗子往往会利用最新出现
的成长型行业，通过承诺高回报来诱骗投资者”。
在一次有限度的打击行动中，SEC还在过去两个月里第五次暂时停止了一只大麻概念股
的交易。SEC将总部位于丹佛的FusionPharm的股票交易暂停至5月31日，原因是
FusionPharm所作的一些断言的准确性，以及该公司财务报表和财务状况方面的一些问
题。
“各州有关大麻医疗和娱乐应用的法律近来有所改变，这些改变已经为仙股欺诈行为创

她在书展现场对观众说，中国“没有义务听命于朝鲜政权”。她说，中国是脱北者必须
通过的地方，“但是在这里，有许多人被拘捕，成功逃脱拘捕的人不到半数”。
这名1997年逃往中国、现居韩国的脱北者表示，她当年抵达中国后，遭到了警方的拘留
与审问。尽管后来她被释放，但在之后在华的十一年间，她一直隐姓埋名、躲避当局，
害怕会被遣返回朝鲜。
李晛瑞的《拥有七个名字的女孩》讲述的是其自身经历，书中刻画了她长期对可能遣返

photo of the Pentagon (actually, I think it was the same week as 9/11/07 to
o but not the exact day) and got yelled at by one of the gas station employe
es. I complied because I was in their parking lot so it was technically priv
ate property. But I wasn't shooting their property, just standing in it. So
frustrating.
