我老板说一稿多投扔100份申请，不如精心准备10份申请。从决定要不要投（matching
有多少，胜算有多大），到每申请一个学校专门写一份resume, research statement及
teaching philosphy，保证有的放矢。
这样下来，一个月的时间最多也就申请3-5个。
到底是走 劳模黑人式的多多益善路线，还是部分白人及华人式的少而精路线呢？ |

我是新毕业生在找工作，然后刚拿到个offer，几乎同期发现怀孕，然后因为是在化学
实验室工作，我就想想，还是给HR说吧，毕竟还是不想涉及有毒有害的东西。
所以在接受offer前，我就给他们说有个私人的事情，要再和他们discuss下，我觉得毕
竟这个情况也影响到了他们，然后我也是还在不到一年的时间需要time off,
所以虽然只是刚五六周，我就还是给他们说了。
结果呢，现在就是他们还在讨论中...收回offer是非法的，所以倒是没说withdraw
offer, 但是他们说要重新给我定工作和工资。现在各种猜测中，但是主动权好像已经
不在我这里了。
我也看了很多网上的讨论，意见不一。关键还是看自己的行事风格和philosphy.有的说
，如果你计划在哪里久呆，那就还是坦诚的说，而且最好还是come up with a plan
for maternatiy leave and how you minimize the impacts。
但也有的说，你可能不想再开始工作前，就说这件事情，把自己放在一个arkward的位

我看老邢雇来的5毛以后要从哲学系招人了。。。可是国内的哲学系又是属于文科啊。
。。这么推理，中国学生里面，真正合格的Doctor of Philosphy,没有几个啊。。都是
一些高级技工。。菌斑的计算机专业的李原潮居然无耻的说，我们生物专业的人没有经
过逻辑训练。。。天大笑话啊。。
话说，潮水，你是数学系的吗？ 还是其他系转码工挣钱养家糊口的。。科班和不科班
，在我们科班的人来看，是非常关键的，这个也是文人相轻的重要原因吧。。。正派人
士总是看不惯歪门邪道的。。。 |

我的皮肤: 刚读完大学的时候脸上不停地长痘痘,大概过了2年终于停了..现在夏天皮肤
是混合偏油或油性,冬天是偏干,总之很难侍候. 而且皮肤有时容易敏感,对大多数的
sunscreen和粉底/BB cream/ting moisturizer要么觉得很油,要么发痒或长痘.
Cleanser:
1. Shiseido skincare purifying cleanser. 这个是我用过最最最好的cleanser,洗得
非常干净,有很细很细的磨砂,适合每天晚上用,早上用的话可能就嫌干一点.少量就气泡

yet you are working on that piece of dead code. It might be just easier
to code new classes and just refactor some of the critical functions to

His foundation may not be very solid. I remember he wrote his theology
thesis in chinese since his English is too limited. If so i doubt if fully
he can understand the teaching in seminary. Plus, his major in china is
philosphy. That's why he has a lots of fancy thoughts and they may all mixed
together in his theology.
But 他个人 is still a good and sincere brother, IMHO. |
