Yankees were huge favor to win the title.
There were 4 teams left at that moment (to win the WS, not just going to WS)
. So 9-1 was quite reasonable. Plus how many people would put money on
Giants at that moment as most of the money was on Philly and Yankees?
In preseason, it would have to be at least 30-1. |

再加上最近看了好多大家的芝麻报告 看的我各种激动 各种热血 各种yy自己还没有提
上日程的首马 呵呵。。都快神经了。。
于是我决定借着这个周末跟我的这些个思想感情来个了解 还希望跑版的各位大神不要
嫌弃笑话我的龟速。
【race report前的啰啰嗦嗦】
对于跑步来说我是彻头彻尾的新人 7月初才开始跑步的新人 在7月之前我都是不折不扣
的couch potato，各种不运动，各种懒惰，而且懒得不以为耻反以为荣。。哎。。
从小到大一直都对长跑有极其强烈的抵触情绪。并且根深蒂固的认为自己不适合长跑。
。从小800米及以上的测验就没及过格。。 然后7月前跑过的最长距离是..2km...
特别突然的决定开始跑步 大概是为了能再瘦一点，也为了培养耐力好开长途带爸妈到

本文只讨论业余选手的公路马拉松比赛的训练，纯粹是个人经验，仅供参考，风险自负
，和科学，健康，减肥，娱乐，求High，励志，心脏病，呼吸道疾病，抑郁症，失眠，
中年危机，超马，越野，5K/10K等等，都没有任何关系，不要做任何引申发挥以及联想
。本人一直对MAF以及相关的训练方法有偏见，本文不可避免会体现此偏见。本文随时
可能被修改。跑首马尤其不要过度参考。
I 上半年：
训练还是要从跑完Philly说起。Philly破3之后，就不知道干啥了，没了目标。2013上
半年，就随便报了个New Jersey Marathon，还有Lake Placid Marathon。后一个就准
备随便跑，主要目的是去度假。在2012年完整的跟了AM 55之后，发现不是很适合自己
。两个原因：
1） 周末的训练太多，常常两天都搭进去了，周末总是忙得不行。工作日的训练，也变
来变去，要想着是不是和别的安排冲突。
2） 很难改计划/定制自己的计划。看了半天，也不知道怎么改。
就不想再跟AM了。AP一看26个星期，立刻放弃，18星期我都觉得长，到了后期就不想练

options here. you have borgata at AC which has 5/10, 10/20 game running. You can also go to Parx at Philly.
I went there yesterday. It has at least 30 table running. The waiting list for 1/2 at 10pm was 70 people. Even
at noon, there were around 20 table running with waiting list. They also have 10/10 game running at parx the

可不可以这么安排：
11/9，philly，白天战Harrahs philly，晚上吃饼干，吃完继续战philly，或者驱车往
parx走；
11/10，parx玩一天，晚上大部队聚会，吃完上旅馆或者酒吧；
11/11，继续在parx玩，或者西部没去过AC的同学可以启程去，东部同学自由回家。
合理么？

旅行团行程，打算玩DC-Baltimore-Philly-NYC-Boston-Ithaca(Cornell)-Niagara
Falls一线。
时间分配是：
DC: 0.5 x 2 day
Baltimore: 0.5 day
Philly: 0.5 day
NYC: 1.5 day
Boston：1 day
Cornell及其周边：0.5 day
大瀑布：0.5 day
其余3.5天在路上。
具体计划如下：
Day 1, 4/7, Sat, Indianapolis - Pittsburgh (367mi, 6:28)
08:00 - 16:00 (8hr): 开去Pittsburgh，途中Dayton, Columbus短暂停留，吃午饭
16:00 - 20:00 (4hr): 游Pittsburgh，吃晚饭，山上看夜景。
Day 2, 4/8, Sun, Pittsburgh - Washington DC (246mi, 4:46)

发帖数: 467 | 9 I would not prefer to go Philly. I failed in ICE.The second time, I took it
in LA. Although I passed, my SEP score was even 1 star below the one from
Philly. So my conclusion is if your SEP is borderline, probably LA is not a
good place to start with. If your ICE is not good, stay away from Philly.
