本质》、《物理学中精细结构常数的理论推导与解释》等几十篇论文。同牛顿的苹果从
树上掉下来的万有引力理论相对应，这是一个可称作“苹果如何转移到树上去的‘万有

环境部高级气象学家菲腊斯(David Philips)指出，目前特别暖和的天气，是受圣婴现象(El Nino phenomenon)所影响。他预期，这个现象会在未来数月持续，即时有和暖的时段、之后又回复冷天的情况。
据气象局的天气预测，今日最高气温仍会维持于零上，但则回落至最高零上1度，晚间则的气温会回落至最低的零下5度。
明天的最高气温，将进一步回降至零度以下，至最高的零下3度，最低的零下5度。而周四的气温，最高则有零下6度，最低零下7度。
到了周五开始，气温将会在回复至正常，最低气温将跌至零下12度，最高气温零下5度。
由于连日来的和暖天气，造成异常持久的1月融雪现象，大多区水域上的薄冰则成了主要的危险。多伦多水警昨日因此发出警告指，由于浮动的气温，市内的水域地区都变得危险。
