跟trial是不错，但是要是late phase的trial重要性才比较大，也容易visible和
promotion. 所以要有机会做late phase trial (especially Phase 3) 并且最好能有
机会跟FDA or EMEA打交道或者开face-to-face meeting。 另外同时再做点innovative
or advanced analytics or designs（不需要太多，把2-3个做精就可以）,以后跳槽
就是抢手货了。
对于你的问题：1）跳槽最有用的是regulatory and submission experience, late
phase experience, innovative statistical methods and designs. 。
2） 裁员一般会先裁discovery和preclinical的，然后是early phase的。 最好不要
100%只做innovation的东西，50%就好。

faculty来说可以算是很牛B了，但是对于老方这种senior的已经搞了一辈子的人来说，
就只能算so so。不要说是院士，离aps fellow的级别也还差了不少。引用率最高的一
篇文章还是95年到了arizona之后跟老外合作的，被引118次，这也是方唯一一篇被引用
上百次的文章。可见方励之89之前确实没有做出过什么重要的工作，他的名声和地位绝
对是靠政治得来的，当然其中部分的也是80年在中国搞科普所得，必须承认科普工作也是
有重要的社会意义的。

down phase to the point that you feel pain.After 2 mins, the machine will
automatically switch to suction phase which is more powerful. You may want
to turn down the switch a little to minimize the pain. I was told during
pumping, switching back and forth between the two phases can increase milk
production. I've tried like this which works for me. |

paid the money for phase I, but when we started phase II, the dentist
deducted money for phase I. So at the end, we paid around $4000 to $5000
total. So ask the dentist, is that possible, he will waive the money for
phase I when you start phase II.

1。Atkin's Phase 1最关键的步骤也就是每日net carb摄入不超过20g，引发身体消耗
脂肪以提供能量的机制。
为了不至于让饮食太过极端，我的饮食种“蛋奶：肉：蔬菜”的比例大约是1：2：4，
通常早餐是1份蛋奶+1份蔬菜；午餐和晚餐都各是1份肉和1.5份蔬菜。米、面、坚果、
淀粉类蔬菜、糖、水果、酒精都完全不涉入。即便如此，食物中的net carb也有超量的
危险，主要来自我喜欢的非沙拉蔬菜（黄瓜、蘑菇、牛油果、番茄），所以想到用Carb
Stopper/Blocker配合Atkin's Phase 1进入Induction。

现在癌症预防的一个领域，通俗的说，就是希望激活人体的解毒能力，或者恢复到正常
的水平。人体每天处在各种chemical/radical的压力下面，有一套完整的phase i/
phase ii/phase iii enzymes系统去处理各种化学致癌物质/自由基，尤其是phase ii
enzymes。
很多的临床试验证明了，比如前列腺癌，都有很大的phase ii enzyme的降低，比如
glutathione s-transferase，就是通俗地说解毒能力降低，进一步加剧癌症的危险。

这两个股票目前都还是低价股，但是都属于同一类股票。都是与血液肿瘤（癌症）相关
的BIO公司。
医药股的特点不是EPS，不是REV，（当然这些仍是成熟BIO的特点）对于研发阶段的BIO
，最重要的是它的实验数据（trial data).每次关键的data公布都会成为股价的催化剂。

(a) The article states, "Of the four stealth fighters than [sic; should be '
that'] have been built and flown so far (U.S. F-22 and F-35, Russian T-50
and I.42), the J-20 looks most like the I.42, a MiG project that was
cancelled in 1997.
Presumably this is because the previous F-111 and F-117 also served as a
bomber.

circle还是lollipop. 如果只是简单的circle, 就give up. 而且其中遍历过的数字
，要变成负数，这样不用再把这个数当成linked list的head再查一遍。
比如， 2， 1， 4， 3， 6， 5， 8， 7， 8
会有3个circle, 1个lollipop

4<=>3

8<=>7<-8
