a PhD in chemistry about three years ago. The company asked how much salary
he wants. Anybody knows the average salary for a phD around MD area? his
title might be research scientist, something like it.

说来也是一声叹息。PhD的方向是气态小分子反应动力学（我是组里最后一个做这个方
向的学生，可想而知，甭提工业界，就是学术界这个方向也没口饭吃）。博后稍转了个
方向，研究过金属纳米粒子（簇）的光学性质及应用，乃至光催化反应性质，但还是基
础研究，离工业应用太远。看现在贴出来的计算化学方向的招聘广告，可以说95%以上
要的都是生物分子模拟背景，做药物开发研究，其余的包括国家实验室之类的，他们基
本上只青睐fresh PhD。也有招科学计算类职位的（更偏CS），但我的研究经历并不要
求精深的编程，也没参与过大型计算应用软件的开发，要想转CS,编程这块得系统学习
（自学或读个degree），整几个像样的projects。
我其实不倾向转CS,原因就是年龄，这个领域技术更新太快，年轻的竞争力... 阅读全帖 |

善药物输送，吸收，沉积。风险看上去要小很多，但是不知道意义大不大？ 一种新的具
有药效的化合物被开发出后，究竟有多大必要去改进其剂型？
目前一些人在研究基因，蛋白质类药物的输送，沉积问题。不知道这些研究是不是还
处于很理论的阶段，又没有在近期成功应用的可能？
