PR70 is used by PCGS
PF70 is used by NGC
70 is the top grades for coins
Ultra/deep cameo
A high relief effect. Usually all modern proof coins are dcam/ucam.
Old coins can be pf, but not ucam
I guess you are talking about PCGS national park quarters.
It is used by dealers to described their non-first strike labels.
They are cheaper than first strike. |
