其实我发现大多数咸鱼翻身的，是在初一初二。
但另一方面，这也说明大部分自推娃，可能要等到娃 8 年级，娃才能开始自推。
（当然可能提前，但计划上也得加合理的 pessimism）
我现在想的是，在 8 年级以前，父母有可能的话，可能跟扑通娃一起“有意义
的玩玩”，给扑通娃一些合适的 guidance，帮助建立扑通娃的兴趣，可能也是
有价值的。。。
比如小学低年级的扑通蛙，有空一起玩个棋啥的。。。小学高年级或初中低年级的
扑通蛙，有空一起玩点数学。。。8 年级以前，扑通娃还没有自推的时候，guidance
可能还是重要的。
当然，guidance 的目的，主要不应该是短期效果。。。而是要把娃给指引上道
。。。上了道就好办。。。

说了，我要pump全世界经济形势，看好欧洲，澳洲，加拿大那里也不错。你们资金都给

不过不写合同也有风险。外加月嫂下镇静剂的事情也不是没有发生过。
而且法律本身很复杂，普通人行事的时候，一般要加合适的 pessimism（好比
defensive driving）。
我总体看下来，
（1）月嫂就别请了（早产儿啥的另说）
（2）健康娃，去 center daycare，别请保姆了
（3）要请保姆也请通勤保姆，住家的最好避免。记得打时间卡。合同按计时写。

The pain of breaking up was really hurting my brain nerves and I behave not
like myself. Now I am trying to forget him. The new sadness is, I cannot
stand the fact that my health is damaged and I feel I've lost everything now
, my health, my career, my life path, my hope. What I want most now is, 1.
save my health. 2. get rid of my pessimism 3. save my career. But I really
