的魔术师，在我们系三年拿到了PhD，毕业后去过贝尔实验室，最终成为Professor
of Statistics & Professor of Mathematics,在数学系任教。最近他（即将或已经）
在数学家大会上做一小时的报告。
据说当年他没有在我们系当faculty的原因是某教授不喜欢他的style。在我看来，那

LSU一半输在运气上，一半输在实力上。
LSU:
Offense: 优势是在地面上，缺点是空中能力不强, 缺少好的QB。
Defense: 优势是在整体协防能力强，缺点是个人能力不突出,one on one 实力不济，
缺少速度，尤其是对persy。
LSU/Gator之战，我的game plan是：
offense: 坚持地面rush，rush有保证,不turn over (连续600多carry无fumble, 赞一
个); defense: 撑住前3节。只要是close game，第4节必能翻盘。因为UF defense必
worn out。
实战是：
gator第一个drive, 3rd and long, 把一个under throw点成了TD。士气先挫。自己的
offense 3 and out，急于追分，加上gator士气正高，drop ball, rush不动。下一个
回合，gator的offense的确很流畅，不过LSU能在2nd and goal at 3, 守住的确不简单 |
