全恢复知觉要2天。生完的第一天也就是31号，左腿膝盖以下一直没有知觉，大夫说会
留意，说今天会完全恢复，可是到现在也没有完全恢复，今天中午的时候大夫让做MRI
，做完后住院医生说可能是epidural没有外全消失，或是脊柱里面本来就有东西压迫神
经，期间住院医生让她做抬脚，脚尖用力踩和钩的动作，lp只能做抬脚的动作其他的做

材料学背景，50+papers 多数一作，含PRL, nature子刊，700+citation，30+review,
claim 老三样
关键是这个RFE没有任何具体的针对性，完全就是把EB1A的要求复制了一遍。这样的RFE
该叫小弟怎么回复啊。请教班上有经验的同学，我的petition letter是被弄丢了么，
是该把所有的材料重新file一遍么。还是重新把petition letter 和evidence按照
response的格式重新精简整理一遍？这也等于要把所有petition letter 再交一次,加
上各种证据近500页啊。。。
另外还需要其他加强的证据么？这么模糊的要求不知道要往哪里加强啊。。。

第三服务差 却要强制收15%的小费。 waitress态度冷漠 衣服不整洁 言语粗
鲁 况且又是buffet 为什么要收别人15%？ 15%在我心中是合格小费的位置 我

总的来说，房屋保险用code（保单）HO-00～HO-08来分类.
HO-00: 又叫裸保，也就是Forced insurance。只cover房子本身，不保peronal
property， medical expense 和personal liability。这个是当你的贷款银行发现你
的房屋保险过期了没有renewal，甚至个别人偷偷地把房屋保险停了。这时候，lender
会强制给你买这个保单，然后bill 你，Premium很高的。
HO-01： 这个就是各位目前在用的Standard policy。Typical 是为独立屋的。
HO-02：这个是HO-01的增强版。 相当于在HO-01上再加一个rider。 譬如说东北部风雪
很多， 夏威夷有时候火山爆发。但是不能包括水险和地震险。
HO-03: 这个是HO-01的缩小版。这种情况是在Town house 见得比较多。譬如说HOA已经

我知道去了她一定会try to sell stuff to me,但是实在不好意思拒绝，就去了。然后

是什么的，我都很不好意思，就意思下买了两小时，很贵啊，一小时85
镇不知道怎么拒绝别人的热情，不想看到她失望的样子。
其实在这之前，已经有过入会的免费session，被骚扰的不行，我不喜欢哪个trainer,
就没买。然后期间断断续续的也有好几个来聊天过，我没理，今天这个聊得不错。
其实真的很不喜欢在gym里被人打搅，可是又没有办法。他们一般说，你动作做得不对

是要小心这种问题往往意味着脚特别容易受别的伤，比如plantar fasciitis，脚腕疼
。。。应该是小腿肌肉锻炼不够，或者拉伸不够引起的。 |

除右脚peroneal tendon拉伤以外，肌肉和关节都没事儿（之前三年跑了不到600迈）。
训练最长只跑过一次16迈，这可能是tendon 拉伤的主要原因。虽然三周就恢复了，长
跑的最高原则我觉得仍然是避免受伤。
跑完以后心情很好（虽然脚疼的要死，走路像老爷爷），写了篇日志。

但是也要有＂processing core＂：组合得好！硬件的装配适合自己的peronality，最
优化
国内现在整容的小美女的问题是，硬件都很NB。但是， 如同一台电脑硬件很NB，也装
了很多fancy的软件（美瞳啊，衣服啊），但是processing power突然不够了。虽然是
最牛配置，但是却没实现现有这台机器的最优配置。。。。。
于是整个机器运行的不流畅。。。。
