他。这一张就是如果这个议员不给我们投反对票，我们到时候就把他的名字写到括号里
，明确我们不支持他，让他以后失去政治前途。我们直接把Racism写上去，许多老美一
看马丁路德金和Racism，应该就愿意来支持我们。老公还耐心地辅导了六岁的儿子画了
几只彩色的猴子。儿童画因为毕竟可爱希望能抓到眼球，让别人愿意过来了解，到底是
怎么回事儿呀。
儿子听说要画猴子，十分不解问:“爸爸,这是干什么呀？”
我答道:“爸爸在为你而战呀！”
儿子问：“啊，要流血吗？”
我再解释说：“这是一场不流血的战争。这样你们以后才不会被别人因为你是亚裔才欺
负你呀。”
不知道儿子懂不懂，但是我知道“前人栽树，后人乘凉”。要不是马丁。路德金几十年

简单的回答是不一定。我不是学法律的，下面的信息都是网上扒来的，如有谬误，请大
家指出。
一般的刑事民事法律在美国是州法，所以不同州的具体标准不同。使用枪械自卫在不同
州大致遵循三种不同的原则：1，Duty to Retreat; 2,Castle Doctrine; 3, Stand
Your Ground.
解释一下这三种原则：
1.Duty to Retreat。 面对侵害，首先要后退回避，屋子外的可以退到屋子里，屋子里
的可以退到屋子外，只有在确实没有安全退路的情况下才可以使用枪械自卫。应用这种
原则的地方，开枪自卫者需要举证说明自己开枪前已经退却了，如果可以回避侵害没有
做而直接开枪自卫，则会被视作攻击行为。
2.Castle Doctrine。城堡法是目前应用最广泛的自卫原则，已经有31个州通过了这类

太太的月子餐也是广和订的。月嫂推介她也知道。从头她就告诉我月嫂只负责白天给她
做饭，尿布都不换。因此她才觉得不如订餐。
如果月嫂还要陪小孩睡觉，连续几周，这劳动量也太吓人了吧。那是新生儿，每几小时
就醒一次。月嫂根本就睡不好。就是血汗工厂怕也不会这样。竟然这还是在美国。

once you decide to get married and have children, shouldn't the passion and
love one has for their wife and children supercede that of the passion for
climbing a mountain. Sure, there probably isn't anything else in the world

我个温哥华的朋友说：九七前后，香港人热炒温哥华，当时温哥华媒体曾出现 "yellow
peril" 的字眼。2000 年中期开始，大陆人把温哥华又炒了一番。现在温哥华的房价
与当地经济环境或薪资水准已经脱节，年轻人想靠份薪水买房越来越难。
西雅图比 LAX, SFO 这种地方有个先天不足之处：地方小，人口少，房子少，禁不起买
房团的摧残，三炒两炒就会炒翻天。
