performa 是中级系
列, 有M22(书架箱,msrp $2000 多点), F32(msrp $4000) 和 F52(msrp $7000) 三款. Ultima是旗舰系列.
我最近入了performa F32,感觉很好,适合hifi 和AV, 觉得可以推荐, 所以转两个贴子
介绍下F32 落地箱, 它的大小和价格都跟B&W 804S 同级别.
中文评测文章很少,只找到繁体的,我把它转成了简体.

SmartView试纸和国内的Performa（卓越型）试纸一样吗？看样子非常相像。
找了几个网页说Nano是和国内Performa Nano同一生产线出来的东西，看血糖仪样子也

amplifier.
For used hifi equipment,there is no place better than audigon.
with around $1500 or little more, you can get a deal of nice used speakers(
entry-mid level) from Harbeth, Sonus Faber ,Revel (performa series),Dali,
Dynaudio,Kef(XQ series),B&W(805),Paradigm etc, just watch audiogon day by
day.
But you may or may not like the sound of a speaker if you don't audition it
before the purchase. |

nce不利。日久天长，你的肌肉运用能量的效率会降低。你训练水平会停留在比过去低的
阶段。当然我没有查过文献，只是看yeqiu这么说，自己这么理解。
所以我建议，如果以performance为目的训练，同时觉得自己体重偏大会影响训练效果同
时容易受伤，可以考虑先迅速降体重，比如阿氏。不过我对阿氏还是心有余悸，我目前
时候低碳水，但是每日碳水基本上会在100g以上。
不过我自己发现，我低碳水这个阶段，一直减的比较缓慢，大概25天减了3lb的样子，而
且还有浮动。但是最后5天，我突然不由自主碳水爆了，不过我没有太多吃饭，就是吃糖
，巧克力，意大利torreone糖，当然吃了饺子，还有白家粉丝。然后运动很少，睡觉很
多。结果最近5天减了3lb。
人体真奇怪啊。
那要是一边节食一边运动,就是一部分脂肪代谢完全,一部分代谢不完全?还是怎么着?
学的生化全还给老师了...
另外,节食跟大量运动不兼容,小量的呢? |

一开始方向是cpu风扇对着机箱后面的风扇，但发现把第一个内存插口挡住了
换成目前的角度后，依然挡着，不过这次风扇方向跟顶端的风扇方向一致。
看来只能先这么着了。 |
