this is how the professional game is played at the simplest level - i've
been on plenty of ranking calls and there's always a lot of horse trading
going on. sometimes it's obvious that an exec is favoring a particular
protege, but nevertheless he still has to do it via drumming up his
candidate's perceived accomplishment. i've had my own protege promoted and
be ranked #1 in his class (who happened to be a 2nd generation Indian w/ a

关于第二个问题,我一直觉得膨胀就是高维的现象的投影。因为很多物理人把宇宙膨胀
形容为吹气球。如果你在气球上画一些点,并且把我们的三维空间缩减为二维(球面)
,那吹气球时在球面找不到一个膨胀“中心”,而是所有点都和所有点远离。我因此得
出的结论是,低维空间(球面)的膨胀其实是高维空间的膨胀的一个缩影。

not really sure what you are asking - using Chinese terms didn't help either.
But TED (treasury yield - libor) measures the 'perceived' incremental risk
of lending to a bank in the spot market vs. buying the t-bills which is *
generally* considered to be risk free. so if the market believes that the
banks are getting riskier (they don't have actually be riskier) the spread
will widen.
the spread could also widen if the t-bills are perceived to be less risky.

当版主有一段日子了,说实话我不是个称职的版主,主要我对网络的应用了解太少,
到现在都不会弄精华区,而且一直上学上班,又有小朋友,在这里向大家表示深表歉意

大家都知道NP SCOPE,法律法规因为是州内来,所以NP 的执照也是州内颁发的,所
以NP 的考试并不是 BOARD OF NURSE 统一出题,而是交给了有认证资格的NON-
