A little bit more:
I am not working in chemistry. But as far as I know, besides Frechet, people
like Virgil Percec (UPenn), Hawker CJ (IBM) are also quite active in the
field. Frechet himself regards Percec as one of most creative polymer chemists
at present. Hawker worked as a postdoc for Frechet for a while. Some of the
neat stuffs from Hawker may not appear in articles first, due to the nature of
a company position. Some references:

发帖数: 1648 | 2 FT，我原话肯定不是那样的。西岸生物很多还不错，包括前三大GENETECH，AMGEN，GILEAD。小的有ALLERGAN，INVITROGEN。
说道精算子，你随便八卦，但我得承认火工毕业的应该为她骄傲。不过她是不是为火工骄傲就不知道了。做人AGGRESSIVE了一点，但做房地产水平是有的。我也随便八卦，当年三番有名ID比如TONYXU和GOLDENRAIN对她的冒进进行攻击。不过事实证明她是对的。当年让人0 DOWN买房，下跌就拍屁股走为上，7年后又是好汉，现在这些RISK TAKERS比那些白损几十万DOWN PAYMENT好多了。当年让人做不确定的LOW COST ARM，现在REFINANCE 30年利率反而更低了，ARM低利率白赚好几年。
不过拿律师团吓转贴的人就是她的不对了，可能是她和网络脱节，象BABY BOOMER碰上GENERATION X，不知如何应付。现在好象懂了，不来网上闹了。
另外你前面说西岸的DIRECTOR，其实不止一个吧，我公司旁边的小公司就有一个，是CWRU高分子的牛老板Percec下面毕业的，不过没见过面，只在LOCAL见过他的PRESENTAT |

现在重点显然不是让老马其他“剽窃”事件干扰老王share Nobel Prize的时候，
关于atrp，老王、老马、sawamoto各有重要贡献，
应该着重让诺贝尔委员会知道老王在中间的原创性的贡献。
其他的，不应现在提起，因为将导致诺贝尔委员会对授奖的疑虑，
除非老王可以联合其他老马得罪过的牛人，把他排除在获奖人名单，
现在看来不是那么现实。
据我了解，Percec跟老马有仇，Sawamoto也对老马有很大意见。
祝愿诺贝尔委员会秉承光荣传统，重视idea的原创性，
给我们的校友该得的荣誉。

It was Craig Hawker who came here to give the lectures.
