生工作地点在downtown, 我们有一个2岁小孩（初步计划5岁送小孩上学，所以不需要考
虑学区），我不会开车（估计这个对于租房子的影响很大。）希望租房地点安全，干净
，适合家庭小孩，白天我可以带小孩到处走走。刚到此地，好多东西都不了解。所以希
望能够在这里得到大家的帮助。我先向大家谢过。
来之前我在网上搜索了一些信息，也在本论坛查找以前的租房帖子（包括一些买房的帖
子，里面有讨论一些地点），大概了解到的是，CV，POWAY, scripp ranch，rancho
penasquitos and camel mountain ranch，mira mesa这些是好地方，可是有点远，而
且这些地方好像都需要开车。想请问一下像我们这样的情况租房子的话各位 有什么好
的建议吗？la jolla village, UTC, (这两个是一起的吗？），university city,
bankers hill, cortez hill, university heights, la mesa，这些地方怎么样？

, poway, rancho penasquitos， carmel mountain ranch 北边的地方的。可是因为实
在交通太远了，所以现在才要在比较近的地方找。现在比较倾向的是UTC/ La Jolla
village, mission valley and mira mesa附近的。我知道大家推荐的地方都是好的，
只是我有个人的喜好偏向，而且刚来此地，还是很有一点shock的，跟国内和以前居住
的地方很不一样。上周末开车跑到natioan city 那个地方，去错了地方，下了车之后
有一些人用一些很奇怪的眼光看过来，让我感觉到害怕。可是在国内从来没有过这样的
感觉。我不清楚是否这里太陌生了，不了解以致于害怕。在这里发帖，只是想多了解各
地地方，毕竟大家在这里生活，很多地方都很了解。所以才向大家请教。我个人觉得不
可能有一个完美的地方，肯定有好好坏，但是我只是尽量找一个适合我的地方。谢谢。 |

PQ三房两卫平房带游泳池，说明是在老社区，80年代左右的房子。目前价格从58到66万
之间。
你是老艾迪，可能买的时候是2012年，价格大约在40-45万左右。
出租2600，安静，学区好，不行到公园，可能高中是mt carmel，小学时sunst。
明年3万多点，扣除游泳池维护，地税，保险等，收益在2-4%之间。
liability却很大。
好像不如卖掉。 |
