区别。
种盆里不好伺候，个人觉得用potting soil 加 peat moss，定期上点肥就差不多了吧
。我的就是top soil里掺了peat moss。 |

Last fall I did the same thing you are planning. I did it the lazy way
though.
I put the raised bed frames right on the lawn, laid newspaper several layers
thick down on top of the grass (no tilling!) and filled the beds with a mix
of peat moss, sheep manure and compost. Some of the compost was only
partially finished. Then in the spring I planted.

shape.
This is not grub either, if you have grubs, you'll see signs of animal
digging the ground.
You need to dig up the dead grass (dethatching), lose the soil, seed it, put
top soil and peat moss on top, and water it. Sprint and Fall are good
season for seeding. |

和大家分享一下我以前和最近的学习和做的小结，希望对大家能有帮助。
1. 怎么选mulch
选择标准：
- 要选里面多bark的，不要weed打碎的。
- 推荐使用 hemlock bark mulch 和 cedar bark mulch。peat mulch 是另一种很细小
很好的mulch，但同时由于养分多，杂草长的也快，一般做大些面积的mulch的时候不建
议使用

2. 新garden第一次铺mulch
注意以下3点：
- mulch的厚度不要超过3inch，以2-2.5inch为最佳
- mulch不要离花和树的根太近，小的花和树的根保持3-6inch的距离，大的树根要保持
6-12inch的距离。

发帖数: 553 | 37 刚才看youtube上面一些重新翻新草坪的视频，有些启发。打算把草坪，全部重新来过
的。
1，先用Roundup把整个草坪喷一遍，杀死weed和grass。
2，等待7-10天后，整个草坪变成黄色。（有人继续再喷第二次roundup，保证没有幸存
的）
3，割草机尽可能的割掉全部死草。把垃圾装袋，运走。
4，用铁耙子，把地面上的残根枯草，全部清洁干净。
5，如果地面不平整，有低凹处，填土弄平整；
6，有条件的，给土地打孔。铺上一层compost或者fetilizer；
7，播撒草籽；
8，铺上一层compost或者peat moss
9，把地面压实；保证草籽紧密的接触地面与土壤。
9，每天浇水
