一个是用pearl barley煮水加点儿柠檬和蜂蜜，代替咖啡，抗疲劳。剩下的pearl
barley 别扔，当主食吃掉。另外一期里提到这东西比brown rice还适合减肥（好像是
，记不太清楚了，我都是一边儿忙别的一边儿看，都看的断断续续的，但是印象中是
pearl barley，然后是brown rice，最后是white rice。）
这一期是pearl barley代替那些精细碳水，有助于减belly fat。belly fat还和stree
有关系。

今天晚上LG的一个老朋友从加洲来Boulder开会， 我们就跑过去看他。 朋友提议到
Pearl Street。 先是在一家Pizza
& Spaghetti店吃了很不错的晚餐， 然后就在Pearl Street走走。 碰巧是Summer
Wednesday event night, 到处都
是表演。 主打live band主题是swing。 远远听到音乐声， 就忍不住想起跳swing。
走进发现很多人都拥挤在一起
swing， 非常欢快。 眼神示意LG可否也一起随乐随舞， LG挤挤眼睛示意朋友一个人，
不好。
只好作罢， 就到旁边观看college teen的brick dance。 当下感慨， 年轻真好。 可
