不同口味的酸奶来调不同口味的蛋糕。
不太懂营养学，是不是这种加了酸奶的比全是Cheese的要健康点啊？
材料：
1. Philadelphia Cream Cheese Original (half)
2. Danon Yogurt (peach)
3. 一个鸡蛋
4. 一小勺低筋面粉
5. 30g糖
6. Graham Cracker 2片
蛋糕底用的是Graham Cracker。弄碎以后加一点点融化后的黄油，搅拌一下，放在蛋糕
模子里，压紧。
先把cheese隔水融化，然后加糖搅拌，之后加鸡蛋，酸奶和面粉。我是加一样东西搅拌
一次。感觉搅拌充分会让蛋糕的口感更好。我用的是hand mixer，省事多啦。
把搅好的酱放入蛋糕模子中。蛋糕模子放入烤盘，烤盘里加适量的水。
烤箱 350度 半个小时，之后300度再烤半小时。
我家的烤箱好象“威力”不是很强，烤的比这个还久一点。看到表面有点点发黄就可以
啦。
从烤箱拿出来后放在室温下让它慢慢冷却。大概一个小时以后放到冰箱上层冻箱里。我
放了隔夜。想吃 |

料：whipping cream 一小盒(sorry,忘记是多少容量)，white sugar 1/4 cup,
stabilizer for whipping cream (打发鲜奶油时加“Stabilizer for whipping cream
”可以使打发的鲜奶油更加光滑细腻，且形状稳定),香草精（Vanilla extract）2

入装有碎裂冰块的大盆里,用hand mixer先高速打发3-4分钟，然后中速打3分钟后，直
至硬性发泡(跟打发蛋白是一样)，糖在打发奶油的过程中分3次加入.判断鲜奶油打发成
硬性发泡的标准是提起hand mixer，奶油呈尖角状。把装奶油的盆倒过来，奶油也不会
落下来。
是"Lucky Leaf"牌的Peach - pie filling and topping,个人很喜欢这个口味,包括了
水果和糖浆,盖上后再抹奶油,最后用挤花袋做装饰,我用的工具是#18和#103,petal and
shell shape.然后用橙色的糖霜加挤花工具再做装饰,等都弄好后再铺上你喜欢的水果

原料：
2杯中粉
1杯半firmly packed黄糖（我用了1杯不到点的糖，觉得差不多）
1条黄油，室温软化
1杯碎核桃仁儿
1个鸡蛋
1杯原味酸奶
1小勺盐
1小勺苏打粉
1小勺橙皮屑
30盎司的罐头桃子（peach slices）
做法：
混合面粉，糖和黄油，搓差不多均匀就可以了，混进果仁，然后把约2又1/3杯的混合物
倒进13*9的
烤盘（不要抹油）
剩下的混合物中加入鸡蛋，酸奶，盐，苏打粉和橙皮屑拌匀，然后均匀地抹在上面的那
个base上
均匀地摆上沥干的桃子片,350F烤40分钟，稍凉后切块食用。还可以加一块冰激凌或者
奶油一起吃，

另外上一个前几天包的手工水饺，下锅前的。。。韭菜鲜虾猪肉的，特别鲜特别好吃！
