You need to reboot other pcs that will ping XYZ. Win2k sometimes caches
DNS/DHCP settings locally. Make sure you also reboot your DNS/DHCP server if
they are different from your PDC.
btw, have you updated your DNS/DHCP table on your DNS/DHCP server to reflect
the changes? It looks like your DNS/DHCP table is still pointing to the old IP
address?

but can't java consume a native xml parser (by native I mean
c/c++)?
I am pretty sure there must be a way to do that in .NET
framework because of the CLR (Common Language Runtime). At
least I've seen people consuming native COM objects in C# or
ManagedC++. In PDC I think Fujitsu demonstrates doing that
in COBOL! |

我没做过病毒载体感染DCs，但是做BMDCs非常多
实验室有人用病毒载体转染HSC，各个阶段前体细胞，还有pDC的
我能想到的建议就是
首先设置严格对照
1.bone marrow cells cultured with GMCSF for 4 to 5 days, facs CD11c vs.
MHCII
2.bone marrow cells transduced with empty retrovirus at day0, facs CD11c vs.
MHCII at day4 to 5, and plus GFP signal in facs
3.same as 2, but retrovirus carrying shRNA
4.before transduction with lentivirus, check CD11c vs. MHCII
5.letivirus also empty virus control and experimental vector
我觉得问题在病毒本身的可能性更大，我不知道她用什么载体

research. He is a big icon in pDC field. Both he and Chen Dong (discovered
Th17 lineage, Director of immunology section, MD Anderson) are much more

immunologist did a better job than him. Even in the DC field, Ralph steiman
, Ira Mellman, Jacques Banchereau, Michel Nussenzweig obviously did a
greater contribution than him.

不过写一篇科普需要看一两百篇文献吗？我还以为只要看看nature reviews cancer/
immunology上面的review就可以了。
而且ctla-4作者没提MD Anderson免疫系的现任主任james Allison；他是接替yong-jun
liu的位置的，最早发现ctla-4和去开发抗体的吧，估计会拿个lasker。
勇军的主要贡献在于发现pDC，对于ox40抗体的开发不清楚，不好说。而且yong-jun这
几年从md anderson到baylor institute of immunology, 再到medimmune,跳动这么频
繁，不知道有什么原因。据说他几年前到dallas的时候也是拿了巨额经费，我们的几个
老板眼红的不行啊，没想到人两年又走了，让人费解。 |

发帖数: 13035 | 12 我比较熟TCGA啊，哈哈，估计版上比我熟的不多。
不知道你raw data的定义，TCGA有无数high level的data，比如表达，突变，
genotype等等。TCGA的病人clinical data都deindentify了，所以用起来
没问题；但是genomic data，包括genotype等，凡是有病人基因序列的，都
属于protected, 比如用era commons账号登陆才行，这玩意儿很繁琐，不过
批准不难。
TCGA的数据主要分三部分，一个是data portal上的open access data，随便
下载；另一个是protected access data, 要账号；最后是原始的NGS data，
在ucsc的cghub上有一份，在uchicago的pdc上有一份。
另外，每次有人要玩TCGA data，我都要提醒一句有个annotation database,
这个最好研究一下，比较难用，不过不去看得话，garbage in garbage out。

如果城市比较挤或者因其他原因有需要就加PDC
335i标配的音响已经可以了,hifi那个加不加看你自己要求

本来是看着版上有人拿了个ATS不错的lease deal, 准备朝着ATS去的，顺便看了看F30.
结果对一些附加配置很感兴趣，ATS加上配置residual就降低了，宝马的一个dealer给
了更好的lease offer, 就从了宝马。Sport line + auto transimission with paddle
shifter + Lighting + Premium + Technology + Camera + PDC + Heated seat。本
来计划买四万的车，最后变成五万出头了。好在deal还不错，平均到每个月，税前略少
于MSRP 1%, 算是不错了。
好了废话少说，开了几天328i，最大的感觉就是这个转向系统有点失水准了。过急弯时
确实是很准确，反应很快。但是直线开时，或者过小弯时，方向盘会一直轻微的抖，偶
尔还会比较大的抖两下，让你觉得这车想自己转弯了，感觉很不稳。这个发生在40-
70MPH之间，开到80/90MPH反倒好一些了。网上搜了一下，发现好多人都有这个毛病，

配置比较对胃口(最主要的是白色+浅色内饰,有PDC和rear view camera),
价格也谈的不错.如果没意外就搞这个了:D |

$2k off其实是大部分地方的行情价。你去bimemrfest上找一个叫David的sponsor，问
了一圈他最aggressive，正好离我这儿不远，不用ship车。你要是考虑PDC delivery的
话，应该可以考虑他。但如果要ship回弯曲的话，建议还是算了。除去shipping的$800
- $1k, 也就便宜几百。 |
