paypal帐户，先把一个银行帐户跟我的paypal相连，几分钟之后转走了我大几千刀。我
在20分钟内就向paypal报告了unauthorized activity，paypal把我的帐户limit了，等
我全面杀毒以后更改了密码与安全问题以后解封，并且说unauthorized activity是100
% covered。谁知今天那个case有了 update，paypal来信跟我说：
Hello xxx xxx,
The refund sent by ****** (######@123mail.org) did not clear from the sender
's bank. You have not received funds for this payment in your PayPal account.
Please contact ****** regarding this refund.
你们相信吗，paypal让我跟那个偷我钱的贼联系，向他要回我的钱。 |

但以前还有一个Paypal账号，没有给Tax ID，地址还是几年前的老地址，还可以用，平
时也就用它收收发发小钱；几个月前用这个账号在ebay上卖了几个东西，也没多少钱，
然后Paypal就要Tax ID了。我怕给了TAX ID后会被跟死了的那个账号关联而被拍死，就

行账号只能用来接收电汇。感觉不太理解，为什么只能用于提现， 不能用做其他， 比
如消费，存取款之类。
我准备打电话给paypal确认一下。
如果上面的方法可行， 那么用亲戚的名字开一个银行卡， 再注册一个中国的paypal账
号，完全可以用这个办法收款。
还有一个办法是 将国内paypal账号的余额直接转到美国的paypal账号，当然要小于两
万。

withdrawn/transferred out of the PayPal system.”再发现就要limit或者封号。
我今年1-4月每月只买$500 mycash卡，然后充到paypal，再转到ppp (PayPal Prepaid
MasterCard)然后每月用ppp作为checking account付一张信用卡的账单，信用卡每月
balance大概几百到一千左右。
最近一次使用是4/11买了一张新版的mycash，充到paypal，再转到300刀到ppp，然后当
天付了信用卡310刀的账单。4/22就收到上述警告信。
从那以后没有买过mycash，也没有用ppp付过账单。请问警告的原因是因为吧钱从
paypal转到ppp呢? 还是用ppp的钱付了信用卡账单？

Paypal在美国这里，被IRS强制要求上报后
做的大，比如ebiz著名的神医之类的都转到国内去，就是为了逃税
国内根本不监管
用招行就可以注册Paypal国际账户，升级商业账户也根本不需要什么营业执照
收款没有啥限制，手续费也是 3%左右
国内税务局根本不管，要管Paypal也不配合的。
美国这里没有办法，IRS强势。
收来的钱，是作为美金在paypal账户里面 ，可以 电汇到国内指定账户
用国内招行注册，唯一的问题是5万USD/年的换RMB限制，如果有七大姑八大姨或者
用不着RMB，那么其实也无所谓了。实在不行，可以开香港的卡来激活
当然，如果要用paypal作为 merchant service provider
直接收信用卡（用户不用到paypal网站），那么还是必须要在美国注册账号
因为要提供SSN查信用
这样来看，小护士啥的用国内paypal账号不就可以大胆放心做ebiz了，哪里来啥

众多卖家即使被ebay盘剥也还坚持在ebay卖，是因为ebay的垄断。卖家没办法。
卖家只能通过提价的方式，把ebay fee和碰到邪恶买家的风险平摊到普通买家身上。
从买家角度，如果确认卖家可靠，则可以考虑答应他不在ebay上买卖的请求，
但与此同时应当在他规避掉的10% ebay fee中向他索取一定的折扣来对冲你的风险；
如果确认卖家绝对可靠，还可以绕过paypal goods/service，进一步省3% paypal fee。
每一步对买家增加的风险大致与省掉的费用成正比，ebay/paypal是经过精算的。
这相当于买保险，paypal的保险费是3%，ebay另加保险费10％，平均摊到所有买家身上。
paypal和ebay实质上就是两家（曾是一家）保险公司，为在线交易提供保险业务。

cleared了，但是地址是一个mailbox地址，就是那种ups mailbox地址。但是地址是
confirmed，seller protection is eligible.我就寄了。
今天无意中又看了哪个paypal发的ok to ship, cleared的email.发现email里面的
shipping address和进入paypal账号里看见的ship to address 不一样。
我东西已经寄出了，买了signature。请问这样的transaction有问题吗？
BTW,我已经打电话给paypal了，paypal说ship to 的地址从csr上看是那个ups mailbox
地址，不是我在payment cleared的email里看见的 house地址。

搜索了半天网上各种关于PAYPAL的说法
说最怕的是PAYPAL收到钱也转到银行了，但buyer dispute,PAYPAL又从银行账户里把钱
自动抽走
听说有一种办法是给PAYPAL银行账户，但是不confirm（就是让PAYPAL存2笔小钱），这样钱就只能转进自己的账户而无法转出。因为PAYPAL没有转出钱的授权。

（很多其他的 reward checking 账号都有类似要求。）
在一些网站购物，会同时提供信用卡直接付款和paypal付款。
有时候为了省事，就用paypal（懒得输入地址账号之类的了）
但是paypal在处理你的卡交易的时候，会优先处理是 Pin-based purchase
（这样paypal就省下给credit card的交易费）
你在 paypal 注册的卡是 credit card还无所谓。
如果注册的卡是 debit card，
就算你没有输入密码，也会被 paypal 当作 Pin-based purchase去处理。
这样最后会影响你满足 reward checking 的条件。

就去paypal开了dispute， item not as described，然后seller马上escalate to
paypal claim （我不怎么懂这到底是什么意思，escalate了有什么区别么），我收到
paypal email 说paypal 可能会联系我要些其他信息。
但是我再去我的paypal看就有一个claim要我response，叫我先吧东西寄回去，再提供
tracking，就还钱。。。

我在ebay上卖了闲置的 clinique body wash，我的description里写的很清楚no
return，然后也没有promise几天会ship。买家11/3用e-check付款，结果等到11/9她的
e-check才clear。中间隔了个周末，我11/14号把东西寄了出去，买家11/17收到了。
结果昨天11/16，买家在paypal上dispute 说："promise 3-5 shipping its now nov
17, this item never arrived and it was a gft for nov 15. was time sensitive
, the item its no longer need it"。然后她在ebay上另外给我发了2个短信让我退款
给她，还有她不在国内，不会把body wash退给我。还有她“提醒”我，如果她给我一
个差评，那我以后就无法在ebay再卖东西了,blah blah blah。
她之前没有跟我说这是个礼物，一直到她要求退款才mention... 阅读全帖 |

1个月后才收到,寄到后发现只给了1个usb driver
马上打电话给paypal, paypal说一个给refund,一个要我return后才能拿回钱
可是
一张姓用卡已经关闭,已经无法收钱,但paypal硬说是退回去了
另一个用USPS tracking,一直说try to deliver,打电话给paypal, paypal说一定要
deliver后才退钱.
这个事就僵在这里了

unverified，对方说关联的另一个email有注册。试图cancel发现没这个选项，这种情

如果付款方是用信用卡付的Personal Payment,到时信用卡charge back,PayPal肯定会
判收款方输。
大家也许会奇怪，为什么付款方要用信用卡付PayPal Personal Payment呢？ PayPal要收付款方
3%的手续费的啊。可付款方如果是骗子的话，到时charge back了，他可是一分钱都不损失的。
所以不熟悉的话，还是慎用PayPal. 付款方用信用卡支付的话，交易上是看不出来的。得打电话给PayPal才能知道。
所以大家交易的时候，一定要看对方mitbbs id，然后要考古，交易一定要慎重。 |

的payment要被charge，问csr之后建议用美国paypal账户，但是不能直接从中国paypal
转到美国paypal，而需要你先关闭中国paypal账户，然后用同一个邮件地址注册美国账
户。
如果你准备用不同的邮件地址，那就在注册一个美国paypal帐号好了，中国的也不用关 |

要留现金在账户里，千万不要在备注里写任何留言.....paypal 会想方设法冻结你的账
户，强行索取你的额外信息，甚至没收你的余款。你会被整得想杀人的念头都有了。若

只会说你这个不是 EBAY 交易，不受保护。
账户被REVERSE 之后成为负值，然后也被LIMITED了，联系几天都不给解决。想从银行
把钱加进去也不行。
今天再打然后就问说为什么会有人 SEND 钱给你，blabla ，言下之意就是 PERSONAL
gift 也不行。说要用他们的收费的受保护的渠道。至于钱被骗子reverse ,他们也吧
care ，然后直接和我说你的账户被封了，你欠PAYPAL 多少多少钱。服务态度巨差无比。
关就关吧。不用PAYPAL了，他丫的。
发发牢骚。大家以后小心用PAYPAL 的 personal send 吧。我除了骗子的交易，只有2
，,3笔personal send ，我从1月份才开始用 PAYPAL 的，但CS 都每一笔都问我，这个
钱别人干嘛SEND 给你，所以各位用这个personal send 的以后还是小心点吧。
