目前新碗赛系统,新年六碗,玫瑰(B10,P10)和糖晚(B12,SEC)锁定,橘子碗锁定(ACC,SEC/
B10/ND)
桃碗ACC+选大,薯片(B12,ND,选大),棉花碗(B12,SEC,选大).
如果b12,b10有playoff,又有固定的糖碗,玫瑰碗资格,那么就很难再同时有选大的机会
去参加棉花碗和薯片碗.tier2碗赛里B12最大payout是对P12和ACC的第二第三,B10最大的
payout是对SEC和P12的第二第三.所以回到原点,如果说达拉斯心遇不上,B10和B12基本
就彻底碗赛遇不上了. |

有一点要指出，Rutgers第一次从B1G分钱，是按Big East标准而不是P5标准来的，以后
会逐年提高，直到六年后跟其他B1G member一样。Nebraska和Maryland也是同等待遇，
只不过B12和ACC起点更高。去年，正常B1G学校TV revenue分到32M，Rutgers只有10M,
Nebraska有19M，Maryland分得最多有36M，但只有24M是正常payout,另外12M是提前支
取未来收入用来付ACC分手费的。如果算上这少拿的22M，Rutgers收入93M可以排到28位
，所以未来是可以期待的。

big12各学校tier3赛事和network版权在自己手里，所以实际上big12>sec>big10.
big12主席前几天对着全国媒体宣布，如果不改进big12现有network和ccg模式，big12
球队tv的“平均”分红将最早会于2017赛季被sec/big10超过，就是这个意思。因为
big12骨干学校保留自己tier3赛事和network版权目前还是比较有利的，longhorns电视
台分红是12M，ku主办的jayhawk radio是7M，ou/oksu自己tier3/network卖出15M。所
以big12骨干学校25M+各自TV/network的payout还是领先big10,sec的。各个会议对新成
员都采取逐步“平等”TV分红的办法。现在收入排名却大相径庭：rugters,umd,
colorado，neb收入排名均大幅下滑，utah,wvu,tamu,tcu,ul收入排名都大幅提高。

大联盟主要靠base payout+绑定的大小铺贴碗换钱。像今年UCF虽然去了Peach Bowl，
也只能领4 mil塞牙缝。整个5小联盟(Group of 5) 61个球队加起来才81M。甲A球队(
Power 5)分钱数目基本是甲B的5倍。
目前只有SEC内部分钱的时候稍微照顾争冠球队，今年bama会多拿3.5M，Georgia多拿1.
5M，其余平分。

That buddy who gets 2nd on wsop main event 2005 even has a note in his
pocket, he reads it out: do not involve unnecessary pots, pay attention to
the payout structure.
I guess I will do the same. Payout structure can change your game a lot.
And good players can take advantage of it, and good players can steal a lot
of pots in that situation. Sometimes, you will see chip leader will repop

When you play MTT satellite, you'd better stay off trouble by waitting,
because there are plenty of chances other ppl will make the huge mistake,
and you will benefit from it.
When it is a 9 man sng format satellite(top 3 get paid), you still need be
patient, because when you make the mistake, the remaining two guy uninvolved
will get the equity boost. You'd better choose to shove than call, this is
pretty much the best weapon.

海海在foster时期得过uti，上周领养手续办好后我就去vet那里，问保险事宜，vet说
他会帮我证明海海没有pre-existing condition， 我是感激涕零呀。然后vet还推荐乐
Trupanion，说好处是不会随年龄涨价。
于是我就研究乐Trupanion和Embrace，没有研究petsplan, 这俩就搞的我头三倍大，下
面简单总结下优缺点。
Embrace deductible以年算，lifetime payout 50K
优点是便宜，review超好， policy非常reasonable. 据说可以claim curable的pre-
existing condition。电话客服也很nice，对我说猫其实可以选择basic policy，因为
很少会生病，狗要选好点的。
缺点是随宠物年纪会涨价，我打乐几个电话，一个小代说是长5％－8％，另外一个说猫
狗5岁以上平均每年15％。10岁以上的猫狗新加入只报accident.

funded的fixed annuity，当然也有其他payout方式。pension属于retirement plan的

very large, "ligit" funds. It may sound great for someone, but if I was
offered this deal, I would feel insulted. Basically the idea is they provide
a platform, leverage you up, and you are on you own.
First of all, it's not fair. If the "fund" does not act as a GP, it's not a
real partnership. and Why, and how dare they want no risk on the downside,
but a big chunk on the upside? That's fucked up.

performance of my strategies for the past few years, I have pretty good
understanding on that part. The missing part in my payout function is the
reward. I know the cut in prop desk but not sure about HF. Since the capital
source, fee structure etc. are quite different, I would assume they could
be quite different. Once I have a handful info from all sources, I can know
the payout and make the move. |

no. But so far nothing can replace it.
DGP, is also a flawed concept by some standards. For example, for BP oil
spill, all the BP payout for local economy is counted in as GDP, but the
long term loss on species and environment and related health issue is not
reflected at all.
