Service LLC". 看来是暂时由Real Estate company 管着。像问问大家有没有类似的经

“Fee of $340 for all applications received by the USCIS by Nov. 22nd—any
application received Nov. 23rd
or later, the fee is $380. Personal checks from a U.S. bank or a money order
may be made payable to the
Department of Homeland Security. NO CASH. Attach the check to the front of
the I-765.”

Here is my situation. Got an offer--> got LCA approved--> move on to H1
B premium processing.
I hired my own attorney. My attorney asked the HR for H1B documents with
boss' signatures and the check for H1 filing fee. The HR officer told my
attorney that she would send out the documents soon, but " the check will
still be a few weeks out because you all are new vendors."
The check is payable to department of homeland security. Why would they
