去年8月25号晚上,从家里去学校的路上被抓,40的路,条子说我开了54.二话不说,一张
ticket,我一看,还是我们学校的警察,nnd,下手真狠.条子是迎面开来的
然后就去法院要求上庭,初定是11月底吧,一共要去两次,前一次递交motion,第二次
trial
谁知道我把日子记错了,递交motion那次忘记去了.第二天再去,说只能重新安排时间.于
是motion递交排到1月27号,今天trial.我对本州的speedy trial不是狠了解.由于上一
次也是我的失误,没能按原有排期,所以我也不指望靠speedy trial的trick了.
1月27号,坐在大厅里面溜溜的等了几个小时,无聊透顶,自己翻看着打官司的书.老爸非
要陪着去看看,也是无聊的坐了半天.倒是前台坐着的一个貌似intern的小姑娘clerk,她

我猜警察pissed的原因在于lz在出高速或者之前的时候被抓，而lz却在高速外停下。因
为高速上的超速属于state patrol的管辖范围，所以最好在高速范围内解决问题，而lz
一旦下了高速，就相当于进入county，就基本在state patrol的管辖之外了。不知各州
对交警的各自的执勤范围如何规定的，但是这样停车确实给state patrol找了麻烦（有
越界执勤的影响），state patrol依然有权叫停司机但是如果开得太远估计得有local
county的county cop的协助了（估计应该会多些paper work，否则这个州警也属于执勤
不严）所以州警就多了些麻烦。
我看过高速公路飙摩托车的，后面几辆state patrol一起追，但是最后那厮下了高速（
因为是摩托车很灵活），州警只得作罢，估计就是联系local 的 county cop抓人，把
肇事车信息上传而已。州警的巡逻车又大又漂亮，不过只能在州际高速上得瑟。当然，
我估计要是追逐杀人犯和劫匪，情况肯定就不一样了，跟追踪的对象的severity有关系

本来对于使用AP没有任何疑问，可是刚才律师说这个是个灰色地段，用了AP会影响H1B
status。因为如果是用AP入境，入境的时候海关会给一张新的I-94，上面写的是AOS（
有效期是一年），I-94是我们在美国合法身份的文件。换句话说一旦用AP入境，我们就

China fisherman dies in clash with S Korea coast guard
The crew of a Chinese trawler and a South Korean patrol ship have clashed,
