摘要：
动物细胞表面的糖分子的结构通常会介导免疫反应，也常常被细胞寄生虫利用
来感染细胞。
古代非洲猿猴细胞表面的一个糖分子Neu5Gc 会被当地品种的malaria 利用来
感染细胞。在一个突变过程中，有一部分古猿开始表达不同结构的糖分子Neu5Ac
从而获得了减少感染的机会并在进化上出现一定优势。但是同时，这部分古猿因为这个糖分子的结构不同，由于免疫反应原因就和仍然表达这个糖分子的其他个体发生生殖隔离。
于是，这部分古猿就因此成为了一个独立的分支，只能内交不能外交，
这些古猿的后代后来就成为了人类的祖先。
（支持数据：人类不表达Neu5Gc，并对那个特定品种的malaria感染性不高；人类抗体
会杀灭猿的精子）。

process. But I think in the system we know for sure active demethylation is
existing(like zygotic paternal DNA following natural fertilization). Tet KO

1) If you only look at one or a few SNP(s) for that gene, Taqman SNP
analysis (in 384-well or even in 96-well format) can be your choice. This is
much
cheaper and faster than Sanger or NGS.
2) If you look at 10-100 SNPs, Openarray SNP analysis (using OpenArray or
Quantstudio) can be your choice.
3) If you look at a large number of SNPs, e.g >100 SNPS (though I doubt it
since you only look at one gene), you could consider NGS target resequencing

请各位大神指点迷津：
1. CS PHD。方向是data mining, big data。由于担心找工作的问题所以尝试申请了一
下CS，主要目的是为了好就业。本科上过C和C++的课，数学物理基础还可以，硕士做过
一点基于Fortran的电磁法正演算法研究，但是挺水。预估会需要花很多时间打基础，
因为听老师说编程主要需要用的是C++。想以后做data scientist去Facebook这样的公
司工作。计算机的方向主要是graph patern mining，看了一下文献其实跟数据库，数
据安全，隐私保护等有关。老板是印度人，貌似不是很好相处。。没有想过项目经验，

04 第一份工作无聊之极，准备考USMLE。心里企盼能挣60K就安生等绿卡了。马上接

mean. 我们不知道true mean。所以true mean. 简单的说不能推他的patern. 就算推
也是带erorr term 的。你那个算法是用 两个 sample mean 来推三个sample 的mean
，在推四个sample 的sample mean。推的都不是一个x 呀！
模拟是要考虑random ness的。不考虑randomness的叫数值计算。coin toss 每投一次
可能是正面可能是背面。
