规定是，要在birth date of child之前就要干满一年，但是又说孩子出生之后一年以
内都可以休这个产假，没有必要从出生当天开始。
可以用vacation time熬完剩下的0.5个月然后开始休paternity leave吗？
不在amazon，能不能帮忙查benefit或者问HR？ |

meets expectations。更糟糕的是，我马上要休两个多月paternity leave。这六个月
来我趁娃出生之前拼命工作，想拿个好点的performance，可是没想到还是只拿了meet
。这样下去，我下次review（包含了我的paternity leave）肯定更是只能meet了。
请问狗家各位老司机，这样的情况是不是很危险？我之前就有换组的计划，因为觉得本
小组在大组里面比较边缘化，抢不到很多有impact的项目。现在看起来更是觉得好失落
。不知道一休完paternity leave马上联系转组如何？我之前两次的meet expectations
会不会被其他组嫌弃？还请各位老司机支招！
PS：我知道很多工作很拼的同事都只休一个月的paternity leave，可是我家娃是双胞
胎，家里完全忙不过来。而且我也真心觉得父亲和新生儿多bonding一下总是更好，所

释以下的现象
het×heT生出的pup没有任何问题。--因为父亲有一个wt copy
hom×hom怀孕正常，pup出生正常，但是一天内全部死亡。--因为父亲虽然是hom，但他
来自于het的祖父（同时祖母也是het），所以父亲可以存活(称为paternal rescue)，
但父亲不能产生这个蛋白，所以pup死亡
hom female养WT×WT的pup没有任何问题。 --因为父亲是wt

1. GG每年工资都涨么？涨幅大概多少？每年有没有profit share或者额外的股票？
2. 公司有没有daycare或者给daycare补助？有没有gym?
3. 如果生娃，女方maternity leave是多久？如果老婆生娃，男方paternity leave是
多久？ 工作多久后可以申请paternity leave?
4. phd学位给办eb1b么? 还是不同的组不一样（非sde, cs背景）？
