到更加多经验和更加多的体会。
现在算是mid career level。也渐渐独立管理项目管理产品。新公司上升空间大。
有新体会，也拿出来分享一下更新一下。
- Don't let your current position limits your action and vision. 有时候，如
果有想法，还是要懂得向上级提及方案，瞄准公司有的机会，不但提出建议，还要提出
让你自己带队搞。注意了是带队搞。大家都知道team work。team work 就是你组织个
team来work。不是说你 需要不需要teammate，搞个team是让人知道你能够带团队，能
够成为以后的好领导。所以，team很重要！
- Be good at interpersonal skills. 不要觉得做技术不需要。仔细看一下周围在公
司的人
，有多少人是没有interpersonal skills的？不一定要怎样brown nosing，但是small
talks

数学好，有没有进USAMO? AIME, 有进USAMO ,也有被拒的。
参加debate,有没有进national circut tournament 拿奖？认识一个亚男，SAT2400,
debate national level tournament 第一名，成绩是全年级第一。大滕都录了。
有passion, 也要有achievement.
建立math club, 难道这个学校那么差，原来都没有math club?
好的学校这些club都早已有，学生需要竞选才能当officer。
申学校的essay非常重要，短短几百字，不但要体现自己好的写作水平，还要把自己的
passion，追求及时高中几年的经历浓缩在短短几百字的文章。让自己的personality跃
然纸上，让AO喜欢你。

发帖数: 4612 | 16 版上大牛多，成功人士空降去startup的大牛也是数不胜数。然而我不属于这一类。
当初毕业时因为没得选择，也没有别的offer，所以只能接受去startup了。曾几何时我
也多想进大公司，向往着life-work balance的生活。可惜没有这个机遇。现在想起来
如果当初真的去了，现在的自己可能想法就完全不一样了吧。有人说以后还可以跳槽再
去大公司，我想在经历了startup和小伙伴们没日没夜的拼命的经历后，恐怕很难再适
应大公司的节奏了，除非我老的干不动了想换个环境养老，那还不如直接退休好了。
公司是个recruiting领域的新兴公司，具体名字就不说了。顺便吐槽一下老板很push，
真的很push，动不动就晚上打电话过来说工作。不过他对自己更push，每天除了睡觉就
是工作，还常常睡不着觉起来工作，估计能工作18-20个小时一天，所以想想也就平衡
了。刚开始的时候挺不习惯的，想着等老子过两个月稳定下来，就投别的工作跳槽走了
。不过神奇的是，做着做着，就不想走了，而且也觉得真心佩服老板的能力和个人魄力

No offense. I understand all about passion and being a risk taker. However,
once you decide to get married and have children, shouldn't the passion and
love one has for their wife and children supercede that of the passion for
climbing a mountain. Sure, there probably isn't anything else in the world

还是结合自己这次的经历来说吧。这次连续面试了7个公司，前四个都成功了，后三个
都失败了。G和F在另外的帖子说过。最后一个箱子公司其实面的还不错，不过team和我
的经验确实不卖吃，而且对方事先知道了我其它的奥佛，可能估计我会拿他们垫背，所

先说体重。
大叔周日早上一如既往如厕跑步洗澡光溜溜过秤，176.6。
大婶狠失望大叔有点儿悻悻然，虽然小降但没达到大婶的期望。大婶不知道该说什么话
，上楼蒙头睡觉去。大婶一不开心就会假装睡觉，其实是闭着眼睛求清净只想一个人安
安静静的想想事儿。
怎么说呢。
大婶跟大叔很正式的来谈论减肥这个话题。大婶觉得人性有弱点，每个人都有自己的短
板，短板各不相同，减下来并不代表意志力强大，减不下来也不代表意志力就够强大。
关键在于passion。没有passion，别人八辆马车拉着都跑不动，有passion，不用人推
自己就会撒丫子跑的比飞人都快。大婶希望大叔正视自己的短板，就是贪吃。
比方说吧，大叔交待买给小秘书的两盒凤梨酥，他只送出了一盒，另一盒自己贪污了。
再比如说吧，大叔工作辛苦回家晚，大婶千叮咛万嘱咐吃完晚饭再回家，回家就不要再
吃了。大叔明明已经吃过了，回到家，还是忍不住把大婶盘子里的牛肉河粉吃光光了。

some kind of talent in running regardless u admit it or not.
First of all, you have passion to run. Most people don't even have such
passion. Even just with the passion, you are already gifted.
Secondly, within merely 4-months running, NO ordinary people can improve
their running pace as dramatically as you have done.
Thirdly, with your current pace, you are already faster than most of

她打网球最快乐的时候，就是和小姑娘一起瞎打，呵呵。
我觉的她虽然有些天赋，但没有passion，所以大幅度降低了对她的期待值。
为什么这么说呢？
我小学三四年级的时候，那时候住的是家属院，很多大孩子和小孩子在一起踢足球。我
很感兴趣，我妈就帮我从单位里借了几本《小白杨》的杂志，那上面有一些文字和图片
，教小朋友提足球。我妈从学校体育系借了个足球，我自己照着书，对着家属院里的墙
练了一个暑假，是天天自己练，没家长督促，然后和其他的孩子们踢着玩，基本上一个
暑假过后，就是踢得最好的几个之一了。我那时候不过9-10岁，就是我女儿这个年龄。
所以我觉的我女儿根本就没有对体育运动的passion.
她的passion就是读书，玩游戏， 买漂亮衣服。 |

就是身体协调性好，手眼协调性好，移动快，发球也比一般的女孩子好很多。
当然和那些打的好的女孩子比，是差远了。
我就是想说passion对一个孩子的重要性。
家长的一个重要工作就是发掘passion，能培养passion那是最好了。 |

太抬举我了， 要到challenger 决赛， 得有身体素质，强大的心态，和动作熟
练。童子功的最大好处就在这里，早些学， 就能早定型，型定了就可以加强熟练。 这

现在有个型，或心里有个数该怎么打， 但离熟练还太远。 看pro, 有多少人的动作完
全标准的？ 几乎没有， 但他们对自己的动作非常熟练非常有信心。 （当然也没有太
大的glitch).
我同意你的说法， 教练很重要。 我对国内的网球教练不很熟， 不过个人的一些经验
让我感觉有些落伍，没跟上新潮流。
还有点是passion. 国内体制给了很多人一个平台，给不少没机会的人创造了机会。 但
感觉有些像是分工作， 有点像大锅饭的工作。 而真正有passion的人在国内体制中保
持这种passion吗？ 总觉得国内把很多简单的东西搞的很复杂。。。 不完全是指体制
， 可以说是中国社会吧。。。

spent so much time and made so many trips, would I?
On the other hand, I am not a dreamer/gambler. Even I am passionate on
Poker, I'd like to gain profit from the time I spend. Pure passionate
without a goal, to me, is gambling.
It's just my opinion.
