昨天得到版友的指点后，我查阅了一下德州的法律，发现有可能摆脱这个ticket。现将
法律条文和我打算运用的理由陈述如下，希望再次得到各位的指点，评价一下我的理由
和逻辑。谢谢。
再次描述一下当时的情形：
我自I10下来刚转到US90/US183 hwy上不久后，一路两边都是荒野，没有住宅，一辆警
车迎面开过，掉头跟了我一段路，直到附近有住宅商铺可以停车后，在路边停下，说我
60的路开了70，开了citation让我上庭。从警察跟着我之前到拉灯让我停下，我一直跟
着一辆pick up开着。

发帖数: 97 | 3 做个xc60和x3纸上谈兵的数据比较，看看哪个车有所谓的性价优势。因为我选的是xc60 T6，所以x3也只能拿35i来比，28i不是Turbo的。首先说明的是我没去真正开过x3。本来也确实是计划内的，但开完xc60 3.2L和T6后，对T6很满意，所以就懒了，不想折腾了。比较时xc60的数据在前，数据都是从网上quote的。弄错了的地方欢迎大家指点，但还是客气点比较好。
首先比较价格，两款车都有各种options。如果是裸T6和35i比，sticker price –2k。xc60多了天窗，尽管这玩意不是每个人都想要。如果按我选的xc60算，大概是-3.5到4k。加上额外的tax，financing（目前volvo是1.9%，不知道BMW能讲到多少），和negotiable room（从truecar.com上，xc60可以-3k sticker price / -1k factory invoice，实际可以更多一点，我目前是-1.5k左右。x3是-2.5k sticker price / +500 factory invoice ，实际情况不清楚。对于我这个options选项而言，... 阅读全帖 |

来没注意，踩刹车时没煞住。事故不大。
她的bumper上从driver到passenger都密布了dent，而且很多dent上有白色的东西，不
知道是不是油漆。而且她的passenger一侧很靠右的bumper有一个小洞，她说可能是我
的licence plate撞得。我的车是白色的。我的车只有driver一侧有撞的痕迹，有的地
方漆掉了，还有一小块裂痕；passenger一侧的bumper没有任何变形或掉漆。这些描述
我都有照片为证据。
两辆车是正撞，碰撞中和碰撞后没有左右位移。
当时双方商量先不找保险公司。而且对方说她的bumper本来就不好，可能就不修了。她
的车passenger一侧的后门有一大片凹陷和划痕，这个跟我无关。我让她去估价，如果
便宜我自己出钱，贵了再找保险公司。她说她会找一个熟人开的车铺比较便宜的地方去
估价。现在估价结果是$700。我跟她说给她$500现金，她不同意。
我感觉她其实不会去修，只是想多拿钱。
大家好像非常反对私了。

开我现在这个minivan，跟以前的94 Sable Station Wagon对比，感觉也就是各有千秋。
minivan空间是比st wagon大不少，但是比较方，而且放东西多了总得把中排座fold起
来（我知道grand caravan是可以收起来的。。。），当然st wagon也要放倒后排座。
。。。。但是感觉minivan空间的长度不如st wagon，比如我以前买一些12ft的framing
lumber，st wagon放起来没问题，最多把tailgate的窗户开着随便跑，可是minivan就
放不进去，害得我现在都不敢买12ft的只能买10ft的；可是就算这个10ft也很郁闷，必
须架在仪表盘上面，这样买少了还好，买多了就看不到后视镜。。。。
另外就是买drywall，肯定是要放顶上的，里面都放不下，但是st wagon比minivan矮很

. 没抓到人, 而且掉的漆很少, 就不理了.
这次在停车场, 我直行, 对方倒车, 刮到了我driver side的bumper, 掉了很多漆. 找
state farm索赔. state farm说, 修车过程是这样的, 先要remove bumper, 然后补漆.
可是因为我之前passenger side被刮伤的时候, 没有修, 就是没有先remove bumper,
