发帖数: 2064 | 46 long time no see. I have really bad shoulder(right shoulder) problem, havnt
played any VB since March. It start with pain when I swing my arm, after a
while my shoulder get really stiff, and I can not even raise my arm. seem
doctor can not help except suggest my for some physical recipe. hopefully it
can fully recover without surgery.
