老贴好像给删了，这里简单说说我的经过，希望能给其他也会经历这样艰难心路历程的
准妈妈们一点有用的信息。
12周的时候选择作了first trimester screening for down syndrome的第一步，因为
是高龄肯定要做的，不过当时没有觉得自己会有问题。一来当初怀老大几乎是完美的怀
孕生产,二来两家三代父母两系里没有出现过一个智力有问题的人.
14周的时候看OB被告知验血和B超NT的综合指数导致了我的第21条染色体出问题概率是1
：169，没有过医院定的合格线1：250，所以算是阳性的了。真是不小的打击，当天我
就上来和大家汇报了自己的郁闷。问OB要了每一项测试的结果（一般医生不会主动给你
，但你坚持要他们会复印给你），我的指数是
NT1.2 mm(如果过了3就有问题），
PAPPA MOM:1.14(合理），
HCG MOM 1.91(偏高，一般应该在1左右），
CRL：63（没问题）。
第18条染色体出问题概率为1：6000（很正常）
16周约定了做first |
