为什么要买Routan?
正像我跟大多数团员们交流的，我并不是必须要买这个车，主要是cover一些risk,这个
等过一两月，希望有机会被证实。 然后就是被toyota dealer激怒，本想买个sienna
LE就得了，谁知对于老客户，他们居然牛的不得了，没有一点讲价的余地，不可能低于
invoice，不买就走人。这时候又赶上Routan促销，算了下cost/performance比，比其
他车划算的太多了，于是决定弃高可靠性（其实Sienna也是美国组装的，说高可靠性有
点言过其实了），取高性价比。

2500一个眼睛现金价格。
右眼手术前专门有一天去签paperwork，签的时候我还一在跟他们确定‘$2500
including everything?’他们说‘yes,$2500 including everything’。'any other
fees or expenses?''no'。然后放心签了。有一张表格签的时候上面说付给医生$1500
。护士解释的时候说‘$1500 goes to doctors’。因为她刚说过$2500 including
everything，又说$1500 goes to doctors。我认为$1500是$2500里面的。最后离开诊
所付钱的时候账单也是$2500，我就当场付了。
结果右眼手术一个星期以后，也就是昨天，突然收到一张$1500的账单，明细上写着
encouter DR **。我就蒙了。

a listing agent or buying agent because of the nature of the transaction.
I assume to start the process by speaking with a real estate attorney and/or
title company.

没显示入库，问客服说货太多，要等几天了，过了几天又问，客服要了单号，然后说我
寄错了因为zipcode最后一位跟他们那边不一样，说我寄错了。
可是邮局给我的收据上打印出来的是他们那的zipcode，我还跟usps不管邮局还是客服
都确认过说有时候投递邮局用他们自己邮局的zipcode。然后我朋友又跟快递讲了情况
，人家说你要出示签字之类的文件才可以赔偿。 所以一轮跟usps扯皮开始了。
我打电话问usps网站给的客服电话，人家说立了个case说会有人联系我，的确第二天我
们这的邮局打电话过来要了单号，然后说那要问投递邮局，然后给了我那边电话。我打
了那边邮局说会查个结果然后打电话给我，但是等了好几天也没回应。又打过去又是这
么说，又等。然后我真的有点火了，直接找他们头，他们头倒是还不错，给我查了
sheet说投递应该没错我说能不能我写证明，然后她说明天等找邮递员写了paperwork，
第二天给我电话。然后又是等了好几天，又打两三次没人接。前两天按捺不住又写

须寄一张100的支票给他们 从卡上在charge 811.多 但是很粗心 也因为dealer来接我
去领车 急急忙忙的把agent 传真过来的paperwork 签了 100的支票的也寄出去了 但是
回来仔细看paperwork 发现实际价格只有811.多 今天收到保险公司的paperwork也是

谈完价格后就开始一些paperwork了，这时候你还没有签署任何文件，还是可以不买的
，所以有任何问题还是可以继续问和谈，例如信用卡刷卡额度等。关于信用卡刷卡，我
本来以为是可以全刷的，但至少我这个dealer不让全刷，manager说policy是3500刀刷
卡，其余check或者贷款，但我说我没这么多钱，最后同意4500刀刷卡，这个是我没有
料到的，否则在之前谈价格时应该加入刷卡这项一起谈。
贷款：
我这个dealer所有的paperwork是由finance dept处理的，在见finance manager前
sales并没有让我签署任何买车保证文件。之前版上有买新车的人说sales让他先签了一
个买卖协议，但不知道是不是因为二手车的关系。一来存款不足，二来想积累些信用，
所以我们一开始是准备贷款2000刀的，之前先在网上大概查了一下利率，也去银行问了
一下，但我们基本上不准备在利率上跟dealer纠缠的，但利率绝对也是能还价的！见了
finance manager，他已经从之前的表格上得知我们信息了，直接给了我们一个利率5.

价格可以接受了，估计还有个$500的砍价空间，但是dealer那里EX-L w/ Navi的车不多
，我们对颜色也比较挑，而且dealer离家近，就算了，懒得开远路去买车了。感觉最近
Honda dealer的车多起来了，估计会比较好砍价（2012 CR-V除外，这车现在是MSRP在
卖）。
圣诞节前去了这家dealer，以前试过车，所以主要就是看看Navi和rear view camera。
看得差不多了，但是没有我们喜欢的颜色。他们查了一下，说有一辆我们喜欢的颜色下
周会到货，于是就开始谈价格。带我们看车的sales有事先走了，换了一个所谓的
supervisor来谈价格，一上来先报出个MSRP，我直接说这个价格不可能，没人会用MSRP
买车。这个supervisor说，那你出个价，让我们能够有一点profit就行，我就出了$

首先，offer letter是四月初发的，很正规的written form,但是当时HR没有提及任何
关于export license的细节。接收offer之后一直跟公司有联系，background check也
没有说有问题，上周supervisor和同事还发信在帮我找房子。完全没有悲剧的征兆...
结果昨天下午５点多接到HR来信说要withdraw,整个人shock到了.....所以以我的亲身

意intern中间请假，于是manager提议说我还是可以请一周的假，但是这一周照样拿钱

义的结束，再留下来多干一周，而这一周不拿钱。

号了，等你真借钱的时候再拿出来也行，具体什么时候拿问你agent。数额是可以借一

以前工资单上都是OPERS强行扣的钱10%左右，然后学校匹配
我问以前学校怎么拿钱，他们回的email也看不懂

我等了15天，前公司还是说在等。今天我翻看了一下retirement plan 的annual
statement, and found out it was prepare by xxxxx (a fund management company,
consulting company). so i googled and found their phone #. 今天早上我就直接
电话他们了，关于distribution。他们说会马上联系我的前公司去paperwork，也会寄
给我paperwork去做。我问他们，我的前公司是否已经联系过他们了，回答是否。
所以，当你也离开公司的时候，不要太相信公司会为你着想，会马上去办paperwork，
要自己去直接联系。或许每个公司的老板的style会不同。我知道我的前老板的特性，
他会打击报复,也喜欢拖，尤其是关于钱，一直拖，拖到不能再拖为止，拖到事情都

the civil surgoen to make sure all the information are correct,such as the
name,date of birth,et al,especially the immunization report.
then you will be asked to sign these paperworks and you can have one copy.
sometimes, paperworks were mis-filled by the nurse or assistant because of
their carelessness. So, it is highly recommended to double check this. It is
really troublesome if you get RFE in terms of the I-693. |

shipping要搞好几天。你看lostsoul的帖子吧。shipping agent可以给你做paperwork,
找space,一般要收些费。这次有一家捐振灾的不收费给做paperwork,SF给做，好像也可
以给chicago的做（不确定）。因为是走商务飞机，shipping还是要钱的，但是还是比
FEDEX的员工价低不少（一百磅以上的话）。 |

因为工作关系,我跟一些警察很熟,觉得大多数警察还是很憨厚的哥们,学历不算高,但没
那么多花花肠子.他们都抱怨现在的政策很烂,一方面雇了警察来为人民服务,一方面却
不信任警察,有事没事就告警察.他们要花大量的时间跟DA打交道.另外paperwork奇多,
比如为了一个没系安全带的$5的ticket,他们要花快半小时来输入paperwork,根本就是
政府赔钱的活.
这些都是美国的垃圾政策,中国不应该学. |

在中国，医疗保险的实质是一个账户，意思是里面有钱。米帝的医疗保险就是一张有你
名字的卡，分文没有。
美国是一个没有政府医保的资本主义国家。提供医疗保险的都是私企。私企有HMO，PPO
两种，占据97％的市场。两种是一家公司，明白什么叫垄断了吧？PPO又分为BlueCross
和Blue Shield。私企每个月强制性把钱从你口袋里掏出来，分文不还，然后允许你一
