资本主义羊毛。
背景是：我没有ssn，有加拿大驾照，pr卡。
我去michigan.到chase branch开了一个private client 账户。顺便ebay上买个code
，（chase开账户送400）.往里面转了10万。以此为根据，申请palladium 卡。
3周后。被告知被拒。建议我申请别的卡片。经理说以后再申请palladium卡。
有几个问题，想问问各位大神：
1，申请别的卡片应该可以的，有没有必要申请呢？
2，经理老push我，说private client至少要25万，建议我再存钱。否则半年一review
就有可能降级。有没有必要继续存钱呢？毕竟手头不是很宽裕。我开private client唯
一目的就是开palladium卡。
3.到底多久可以再申请palladium卡？
4.接待我的是private client经理，不是branch经理，有没有必要直接找branch经理？
他的权限好像大很多。
5 银行经理说北美国和美国的信用记录不一样，我怎么记得说北美的信用记录是互通的
