发帖数: 1160 | 24 我的朋友乳腺癌II期 ( 大约2cm多一点， 没有淋巴结转移，低分化癌，但是ki-67 很
高: 60-70%)。手术切除了肿块及部分组织，没有做全切。
因为不到40，属于年轻比较high risk， 目前有个临床试验用来比较两个不
同的方案。医生还说两个方案副作用也差不多，哪个更有效也不知道。极力建
议朋友参加clinical trial， 让电脑随机选一个方案。临床试验对病人要求做很多检
查和随访。另外，朋友觉得医生有点更关心为临床试验找更多的参加者
。但是朋友更关心的是哪个是已经证实了疗效稍好的，因为孩子还小，比较害怕将来复
发。
Regime 1:
Doxorubicin + Cyclophosphamide ：every 2 weeks for 4 cycles
then Paclitaxel every 2 weeks for 4 cycles
Regime 2:
Docetaxel + Cyclophosphamide every 3 weeks for 6 cycles
请问这种情况，哪个方案更常用？请不吝赐教。

已。 我觉得这个例子应该是中国人的悲哀， 明明知道这么多中草药有药理作用， 至今
只有青蒿素是唯一一个被全世界接受的从中国出来的药
随便说几个洋人发明重要药物的例子：
远的 一百多年前，洋人发现柳树皮的粉能止痛， 后来就从柳树皮里分出Asprin这个千
古奇药
中期的 比如上世纪早期Fleming 发现青霉素， 救了无数人的命
最近的 比如上世纪中期 Wall从紫杉皮里发现paclitaxel， 没救人命， 但是延长了好多癌症病

For this case, it is not relevant because patient will most likely go for
surgery which will provide the ultimate whole block of the tumor.
But I would request a repeat biopsy if this patient presents with metastatic
