桩单子里，土耳其人用4条性能指标十分平庸的多用途护卫舰，赚走了巴基斯坦海军10
亿美元。正常来说，即使出于扩展第三方武器来源以满足供应安全的需求，巴基斯坦就
算没有选择中国舰艇，也不应该如此“糊涂”的着了土耳其人的道。

数额难度很大的。
几大校友会在讨论PAC的可行性。
举个例子，您老可以做个调查，如果有这么个PAC，您老愿意每年捐

2）500
3）200
4）100
5）50
6）0
看看反映。
第二个是，光有意愿还不行。人家为啥要捐钱给您老做的这个PAC。比如说很可能你支
持的人或者一项政策还是输了。这种情况下，还有人第二年继续捐吗。
PAC维持成本很高，没有钱投入，立马就挂了。

首先，我承认这两年Big Ten篮球总体水平不错这一事实，也希望FF里面能出现1-2支大
十的球队。
其次，回到我之前的那个帖子，我再次强调NCAA看得不光是足球和篮球，而是一个整体
，这也是我当时发贴的主题。有些帖子回复说什么只有足球和篮球盈利什么的，这都是
non-sense. 而且除了足球和篮球之外，NCAA的其他运动还是挺精彩的(至少我还关注棒
球和soccer),不要以为你们自己不看其他运动就代表所有人都不关注，ok?
所以就目前NCAA冠军数最多的学校由PAC12一手包揽这点上来看，我说PAC12牛逼无可厚
非！
再回到篮球，我之前的帖子里面已经说了，PAC12近十年来是没有什么太拿得出手的成
绩，不过这并不代表PAC12没落了。相反，经过前几年（08之后）的沉寂，这两年来PAC
的篮球实力明显是有回升的，zona的崛起也改变了之前PAC由UCLA一家独大的局面。说

经济问题是核心也是一切问题的诱因，中美博弈则是所有诱发问题中最重要也是最现实

近日，美国《环球防务》（Global security.org）网站刊文《红旗-19反导拦截弹》，
根据公开信息推测中国反导拦截导弹红旗-19的细节，其与美国THAAD反导拦截弹性能类
似，并分析认为这种导弹可能就是2010年和2013年中国两次陆基中段反导试验的主角。
而不久前，一张出现在中国网络上的红旗-19导弹试射的模糊图片可能说明：此前关于
这种导弹的推测错了，这种导弹的性能可能更类似美国尚在研制中的“增程型THAAD”
或“标准3”导弹，具备对大气层内外的目标（包括类似高超音速飞行器的目标）实施
拦截的能力。
《环球防务》网文章称，此前一般推测中国的弹道导弹防御系统包括4种导弹，即红旗-
9B、红旗-19（类似THAAD）、红旗-26（类似标准3）以及红旗-29（类似爱国者3）。其

如果去年4月份有人说三德斯会是希拉里的强劲竞争对手的话，肯定会被看作神经不正
常。无论从知名度，支持度，从政经验，竞选经费还是竞选组织规模来看，这两者都没
有可比性。去年夏天的时候，三德斯只有一个竞选办公室，而希拉里几乎在每个州都有
竞选办公室在运行。
然而时过境迁，现在希拉里和三德斯已经打成了平手，在Iowa caucus和最近两个名调

我注意到这个PAC还是几年前。有一次我GOOGLE我的邻居。发现他的政治捐款。就是捐
给本单位的PAC。
