关注减肥的女生一定听说过减肥的“生理周期”：月经过后的某个时期，不但消化吸收
不好，怎么吃也不会胖，热量消耗还特别大，这个时候运动减肥的效果特别好。月经周
期的生理变化确实会对能量消耗产生影响，但利用它来减肥？可没有听上去那么美好。
流言： 减肥也有“生理周期”！月经第14天左右热量消耗是平时的两倍，此时期消化
吸收功能不好，故可以吃高热量的东东也不会胖。月经结束后的一周是减肥超快期，在
这期间节食加运动特别效果更好。
真相： 月经是正常排卵的未孕女性例行的约会，在整个月经周期内女性体内的雌激素
和孕激素的水平都会有很大的变化。对于多数月经周期规则正常的女性来说，自月经第
1日至卵泡发育成熟（大约2周后）是卵泡期，体内孕激素水平仍保持低水平，但雌激素
水平逐渐升至最高，为排卵做好准备。排卵日大概在月经来潮的第14天。排卵日至下次

Devita也还行，就是抹脸的有点撮泥，抹身上的还可以，也很便宜量足。
这些物理防晒都是microparticle zinc oxide/titanium oxide，所以不会有白色pasty
的问题，但是对于接近可见光的UVA部分防晒效果要打折扣，所以要防晒效果好还是原
生态的zinc oxide（e.g.Blue lizard，Vanicream)好。
还有TIZO 及旗下的solar protection，防晒唇膏很好用。 Tinted
moisturizer也很不错。 |

要在poly Si 上做thermal oxidation。HHMI 里面的负责人是物理出身的一个director

-Tocopherol chemically speaking is an oxidant. It's metabolite, duraquinone
, is likely the active form (pubmed Guy Miller). Btw, co-enzyme Q10 is an
oxidant, too. I will call vitamin E compunds "redox modulator," and I
believe they hit a very specific target. Btw, the ROS is likely the end
result of the death cascade, not the cause. |

下模拟，
我采用了method viscoel，
material mat=oxide young.m=6.6e11 poiss.r=0.17
material mat=nitride young.m=3.89e12 poiss.r=0.3
然后，我加上visc.o, visc.e,visc.x等参数进去，程序就终止了，不知道什么原因。
还有，在material当中，我需要加上VC这个参数吗？这个是有关压力方面的参数。
因为我在后面的LOCOS的氧化过程中，温度是950度，
而手册只有900度，800度，1000度，和1100度的默认值。
那在950度的情况下，oxide和nitride的对应的VC值应该如何得到？
这个对鸟嘴的形状和宽度有影响吗？
通过上面模拟，我发现横向扩展还是有0.25um左右宽，
请问，如何获得更小的，比如0.1um的模拟结果？
注释：field oxide的厚度是3000A左右。

structure is 10 A oxide on a n-type semiconductor. When I introduce the
interface between the oxide and semiconductor, I can see the band bending due
to the traps.
Now I want to put a contact on top of the oxide, and to expect that the
Schottky barrier height is not dependent on the work function of the metal and

due to the oxide. You can measure the oxide thickness with ellipsometry.
Si wafer is single crystalline. When you rotate the wafer, you will probe
translational symmetry along different directions. For polycrystalline sample
with isotropic orientation, you will see the same diffraction pattern when
rotating the sample. I think it will be more helpful to ask these questions to
people from materials science major. |
