Pipeline 很强， 1个phase3， 3个phase2. 很多trial都临近出结果的日期.

二月三号有OXGN和VXGN合并议案的VXGN股东投票。这是VXGN第二次为与其它公司合并而
进行的股
东投票，如果通过，将会给oxgn带来$33的cash，但股价稀释的代价很小(增发15.6m)。
如果没有
通过，VXGN也会付给OXGN$1.4m。
