行李限制是20公斤，但是可以到25都是免费的，超重按158元/每公斤计算
手提行李大概是7公斤，必须一个包，按规则，不过我看到很多人都两个包
我比较听话，弄了一个包，重要的文件，笔记本和附件都塞进去了，
其余的行李用的香港机场的UBL， oversized luggage service,后机行李服务
每公斤38元，每件处理费大概300
值得一提的是我把笔记本电脑丢在了机场，后来打电话去机场问，领回来了，
真是很幸运，所以对墨尔本印象不错！！！

租的房子。环境绿化的很好，门口有花花草草，有湖有公园，傍晚的时候很喜欢在小区
散步。我很喜欢这个apartment,但因为被公司relocate到外州，希望7月初的时候可以
转租。
屋里有洗衣机烘干机，整个房间 700 sqft，在一楼有patio。月租$1000,需要和
leasing office 签合同，lease 明年2月到期。

房子的大小也适合我们需要的，院子非常大，虽然对我有点oversize了。
地理位置也不错，学区也很好，就是担心是ranch的原因以后不好卖
除了老中之外的over all情况呢，现在好像地产回暖的很厉害，前几天看到一套喜欢的

1.我家有个旧沙发不要了，想扔。可是我一个人搬不动。
2.还有一块地毯想要到walmart退货，但是是比较大的地毯。8'x10',walmart说
oversize了，只能自己想办法送过去。可能要找个pick-up什么的才能运过去。
不知道PVCC能不能提供这种labor的服务，付费的也行，至少放心。否则我的选择似乎
只有找搬家公司了，不知道大家有没有什么满意的搬家公司推荐？如果有，可否告知联
