need to sell it soon. And this community is in close out phase. I thought I
really got a great deal.
I had the same idea that the it is very hard to cut any price from new
construction. The base price of this house is 270k. It has a oversized lot and
a view. I thought it was very nice.
The house with 235k is pretty much the same house with different type of tile
in the room. but that can not make up the 38k difference. |

发帖数: 5901 | 13 吹出来风太冷恐怕是落后的设计，没有用inverter技术，因此compressor不能变速，只能是full on，full off。用了inverter技术就不应该存在这个问题。而且这个问题并不局限mini split。中央空调如果oversize了同样存在这个问题，因为压缩机也没有变速机制。
central air同样没有新鲜空气补送机制。美国传统房子都是靠房子本身漏气来换气的。 |

如果是用damper的话可能没啥用。如果用可以供整个房子的空调只供3个bedroom那要非常oversized。效率低，而且对风扇也不好。

大部分builders' original duct design is either oversized or undersized.
我的contractor特意多加了两个return和一个supply。
如果undersized，就好比一个人用足了气，但是使用一个细管子，也不能
把足够的热气吹到房子里。同时，用一个细管子，也很难把冷气抽出来。
如果把进出的细管子同时加粗，或者增加细管子数目，冷热气都通畅了。
让你的contractor回来测试一下 CFM空气流量，他们应该免费作这个，
应为manufacturer要要求安装后的系统要达到一定的 static presssure,
另外：air sealing and insulation 也最好需要。
不然，再好的暖气也保不住四处漏风的房子。 |

这个要看你原来用什么 pump. 有没有清洗机器人等等。
如果你原来的 pump 不是 oversized 的话，能省出一半就不错了。
而且转速度太低的话有另外一个问题，就是不容易帮助水混合。
这个在夏天对水的混合比过滤重要。氯混合好了，过滤不需要
一天一个池子水也可以的。反过来就不行了。 |

certain BTUH. When you take off the Furnace exhaust off the chimney, its
flue becomes oversized for the water heater only. The result is the water
heater exhaust will condensate before reaching the top of chimney therefore
the flue will be corroded over time. Re-lining is not easy to do for regular
homeowner.

sofa in such a depth (market is too small for that)
otherwise, you have to go the route of customizing. I know hancock moore
can do it with no problem if money is not a problem. |

very profitable for stores like rooms to go. their sofas are made in China,
use the cheapest but looks good material to make the sofa. they usually
fail in 3 to 5 years, meaning your $2000+ will be become 0 in 5 years.
I've said 100+ times here, buy good and buy once. but nobody here seems to
be convinced. people like stuff that is trendy, fancy, and cheap nowadays.

oversize是肯定的，所以启动时间短，除湿效果不好。彻底解决的办法是上whole
house dehumidifier，2-stage AC也有帮助 |

短，因为目标温度一下就达到了。这样不run的时候长了屋里湿度会太高不舒服。机器
频繁启动也会缩短寿命。
Heatpump要一直run才是最好状态。所以他推荐2ton的。
但是其他contractor一来就直接上3ton。
所以我也不知道哪样才对。 |
