郁伯仁看来从没被 pull over 过也很正常。挂外交牌照的车，被 pull over 了也没用
。因为人家不交罚款警察也没办法。所以一般的违章警察可能也就懒得管了。时间久了
郁伯仁肯定也习惯了。
这则新闻里说郁伯仁曾经停下，等了几分钟看警察没有出来，以为不是他，就又走了，
然后警察跟了他5分钟，一直到车库。
我倒是觉得，郁伯仁这么做没有错。因为当警车闪着灯拉着警笛从后面追上来的时候，
它不一定是冲你来的——有可能是其他的紧急警务。这时候你应该靠边停车，给执行任
务的警车让路。这不仅是法律要求，也是基本的行车道德。尽管郁伯仁的车有外交特权
，但郁伯仁一开始还是遵守了基本行车道德——靠边停车，给执行任务的警车让路（尽
管他不这么做警察也没法处罚他）。
郁伯仁等了几分钟警察没有出来也很容易理解：我们都知道，警察 pull over 一辆车
后，首先会根据车牌号，通过车载电脑查车主的相关信息。然而这辆车由于没有车牌，
警察无从查找。再加上当地治安出了名的乱，警察自然对这辆无牌车大大提高了警惕。
这时候警察其实在干一件事：就是呼叫其他警察支援。

，我以为跟flashing yellow light一样的，所以就减速过去了，其实稍微停了一下，
没停稳。
警察pull over之后要了DL,Insurance, registration.还问我知道干吗嘛，我说不知道
，他说flashing red light那里没停。我已经傻掉了，没啥感觉了，因为第一次pull
over也没经验，不知道该怎么办，过了一回，警察回来把东西还给我，跟我说知道要罚
款400吗？继续傻掉，说不知道。然后，他问以前有没有犯过？我说没有，我还反复傻傻的问，我真的没
停？他说他坐在那里看得很清楚地。
然后他就开车走掉了，也没说给我一个citation，也没说给我一个warning，也没说下
次注意。
我想着他跟我说罚款要400，那就是给我罚款了，但是回来一想，我没有拿到过
citation，这个算啥意思呢？过几天寄过来？而且按照加州的规定，flashing red

我在美国刚开车一个月的时候，被一个摩托警在后面闪灯，我都不知道靠边，还好当时
是红灯，一个行人好心提醒我我才靠的边。。后来我记得那个老黑警察在我罚单上写了
应对警灯不及时这一条，然后就记住了。。
第二次被pull over，我倒很快靠边了，不过当时我不知道被pull over 不能下车，傻
傻的就从车上出来了，还好那个警察比较nice，很和善的对我说，you should stay in
the car。。比较纳闷的是第一次被pull over了以后我是在车外签的罚单，那个老黑
也没说我。。现在想想倒是有点后怕，不说被崩了，就是用个电棍电你一下也够呛啊。。
我想说，哪个老司机不是从菜鸟过来的，谁没有干过特二特傻的事儿。LZ第一次上高速

发帖数: 42 | 38 昨天在一个十字路口中间等车左转的时候，黄转红（记得过了crosswalk后在路中间，
灯才由绿转黄转红的），然后跟着前车一起左转。开了一会被cop pull over了，下来
先问候我，然后问我知道我为什么被pull over了吗，答曰不知，然后就说我ran a red
light at the intersection。我重申了一遍我是在中间是黄转红，cop不认同，开了
闯红灯罚单。我问了他如何保点，他说去上defensive driving class。
回家想了想，不想plea guilty，问问有经验的同学如何处理？
1.交钱，扣3点，上课（问了一些驾校，可以上那个课补回3点，但是记录要留3年多，
保险有可能涨）
2.交给交通律师打，胜算率有70-80%，但是时间较长以及花费高。
3.上庭求情，诚恳的跟法官说当时情况，看是否有减点或减罚款的可能性。
请问有经验的大虾门是如何处理的？ 小弟不胜感激啊。
PS: 我是第一次被pulled over for running red light，之前三年记录良好没有

花了一天。主要是工具不多，拆后面License tag 背面的那块铁皮的螺丝是10号的，我
1/2ranch的socket就到11号，没办法，开车出去买工具。耽误了。
关于pull over,是这样的。sedan神车的后轮胎要换了，由于高里程，老车，就换俩，
就随便从亚麻买了俩最便宜的，一大早屁股颠颠赶去local一家很熟的红脖店，把胎给
换了。
接着装装前面的bull bar，结果下面的4个tow hook螺丝怎么扳都扳不下来，只好刚回
来又赶去红脖店给拆螺丝。路上没完全适应从1.8L到4.7L的巨变，在小城downtown主路
被警车闪着灯pull over了(今天正好是波马，满大街都是条子，撞枪口上了)。尼玛上
次pull over都10几年前的事了，倒霉。条子过来说
尼玛30的路开了45，你知道吗？我说啊，不知道，我一向开得很保守。管我的驾照和
registration拿走了。我开着乡村音乐愉快地等，心想该修的都修好了，特别是后门把

收到capital one 360的sharebuilder广告，说如果roll over到它家开IRA，有up to $
600的开户bonus，不知道它家这个sharebuilder怎样？
像这种事，应该考虑bonus情况还是应该主要考虑公司本身的服务呢？
另外，已经在vanguard有roth IRA，现在是不是只能把公司的退休计划roll over到传
统ira？请推荐一下转到哪家比较好呢？谢谢 |

警察Pull over时会先警车尾随，闪警灯，如果司机没有注意到警察就会喊话“pull
over”停车，或喊“pull over to the shoulder”，把车停到路肩上。
按照警察要求停车。
Step 2停车后驾驶者在车里不要出来
警察也会停车然后要求司机stay in the car 待在车里。
驾驶者停车以后不要动，否则警察会误判。
Step 3等待警察走过来
一般警察走过来会比较慢，他会先观察。这时不要主动打开车门，手放置在警察可以看
到的地方。
警察会提醒“put your hands where can see them”把手放在可以看见的地方，手放
的位置越明显越好。
不要着急将资料给警察。
Step 4给警察提供所需证件
警察确定没有危险会走过来索要资料，包括driver's license 驾驶执照、
registration 登记注册、Insurance 保险。
警察要求提供资料时再拿以免警察误判。
Step 5坐在车里等待
警察查看文件会告诉司机“wait in the car” 在车里等待。
