overclocker. stock fan到4G还搞得定，超到更高的话就要另买风扇乐。
我觉得2500K性价比挺好，2600K多出的2M cache一般应用也感觉不出来。 |

Pros: It is cheap, works, and it really fast.
Cons: It comes from the factory with a frustrating BIOS setting that can
lead you to thinking it is defective.
I went through the hassle of an unneeded return and an MSI employee who did

easy even your grandma can do it!
另外我发现如果只装一条4g的内存则WEI的内存得分是7.9，两条dual channel的8g内存
则会降到7.8. |

cpu i5 2500k - overclock for 4.5ghz (cm hyper 212+ cpu cooler) - $230
z68 or p67 motherboard - $100-$150
8gb(2x4gb) ddr3 - $50
650w psu - $50
a case - $50
total ~ $550
以上是最基本，目前性价比最高的了，如玩游戏在加一块 gtx 460；如需要高速存取，
在加一块ssd 64g.

发帖数: 7481 | 25 昨天第一次装机，拼拼凑凑，把机子攒了起来，然后看到Frys的Kingston 96GSSD有65
刀rebate，然后又脑子发热的开车去败了一个回来接电脑上。
发现这个板子的TPU功能满强大的，我就是在主板上enable了这个开关，然后主板自动
的就把我的CPU overclock到了4.4G。。不过我是用stock fan，所以在跑鲁大师的时候
，CPU温度一下就串到了80度。。搞的我不得不把TPU这个功能关了。等日后上水冷再搞
吧。
然后再批评一下ZALMAN的Z9 PLUS机箱，等我把主板装上去的时候，才发现机箱背面的
那个开口，只看的到2个cpu风扇支架的孔，另外2个给遮住了，靠，太不人性化了，以后换
大风扇的话，肯定又要把主板都拆下来折腾。。。便宜没好货。。。 |

. Multiplier is locked.
The only way is to use a K version and change multiplier.
And the BCLK can only be raised from 100M to <105M. That means nothing. |

but only shows 3.4ghz in ubuntu 11.04;
i ran "stress -c 8", and ran "turbostat", still shows default freq.
any hints from ubuntu geeks?

calculation, better don't overclock. then you don't need 2600K.
if you want over >16G ram, you probably have to go i7-9XX with X58. those
can have 6 dimm slots. P67/Z68 usually have 4 dimm slots, if you don't buy
8G stick you are limited to 16G. |

正版photoshop essential，我扔ebay，还卖了50刀，所以这卡就相当于90刀。相当超值。
有$300刀6970的70%性能。 |

- To my surprise, AMD A4 3300 is very good. Runs great and plays blu-ray
video at default clock, no overclocking needed.
- This fusion design is a great idea, everything is integrated. No video
card, no need to worry about fanless video card.
