发帖数: 29 | 1 United Health Care 的保险，去in network 的ER看病。当时没有被告知医生是out of
network。除望闻问切外医生未做什么检查。给了止痛药，告知要约专科医生。后来收
到两张账单，一张是医院账单，要我付COPAY，没问题。另一张是医生账单。说是out
of network 的医生，保险不cover，要我付近300刀。
向保险公司appeal，一个月后收到回信，说申诉成功，因为是ER,保险公司帮我付。几
周后又收到回信，说前面一封信不算数了，经过重新审查维持原判，由于是out of
network 医生，我要付deductable。 付满后多余的账单保险支付60%。因为我今年的
deductable还没有付满，实际上我要付这300刀。
到底这钱我该不该付？感觉似乎不太合理。在ER痛得瓷牙咧嘴，哪里还顾得上问医生收
哪个保险啊？以前在同一个ER看过若干医生，从未碰上这种情况。各位懂行的或是有相
似经历的能出出主意吗？ |

程中的一个方法，看来你家宝宝连基本的作息时间都没有沾边，可别让她cry out,现在
先从让她晚上7点以前就入睡做起来吧，这样她比较不会fussy,她哭是因为她太累了，
她每次醒的时间不能超过2小时，否则就会很难哄睡的，（我家的经常只有1-1.5小时）
其次试着不要每次都抱睡，她迷糊了就放下，试着她自己睡，可以从容易的早觉开始，
不行再哄睡，等你把书看完了，明白原理了，4个月正式开始也不迟 |

听见宝宝心跳的惊吓中恢复过来（后来ultrasound看见了），啥也没想就去了。回家脑
子清醒之后一查，我去，是out-of-network的！我的保险只要是in-network的coverage
都非常好，lab test是100% cover的。但是对于out-of-network，只报50%。
在版上查了查，我用的OB跟babybunny mm用的是同一个。不知道mm有没有我这种out-of
-network lab的情况？
如果可以预见未来的这个帐单会非常高，我现在还来得及取消这次血检吗？下午3点的

宝宝大了一点就可以放下来睡，但是得有大人在边上陪着睡。到了8个月还是每2-3个小
时就要醒。妈妈奔溃了，白天无法上班， 恨下心尝试了cry it out , 宝宝哭得悲痛欲
绝，到了第四个晚上，妈妈放弃了，继续co-sleep. 宝宝现在10个月了，夜里还是要醒
，但是一觉能有四个小时stretch，中间醒过来可以自己睡回去。虽然和其他宝宝比起
来差多了，但宝宝已经有很大的提高。妈妈现在已经不强求宝宝能睡整觉。妈妈的感触
是每个宝宝的生长发育是不同的，宝宝哭是有原因的，等他们长大点，自己ready了，
就会睡好觉了；大人辛苦点，能抱就多抱。这段时间过得很快的，等以后你想抱他，他
都不让你抱。

，推着推着就发脾气，乱拍车子，乱扔然后哭两声。哭两声后自己又开始玩。
和他玩游戏也是这样，比如他把球递给你，有时候是想让你拍两下，有时候想让你假装
吃球，你要是猜对他的意思，他很高兴。如果没有猜对，他就不高兴，用手乱抓头抓脸
很烦躁的样子。
与此同时他也不好好吃饭，不好好睡觉。吃饭要玩玩具，睡觉要坐在swing上用安慰奶
嘴，半夜醒来要睡大床。我们一直都有很好的routine,之前没有这些坏习惯。
看着他习惯越来越差，我觉得要给他立立规矩了。我先是饿了他一顿，没什么效果。然
后昨天他睡前给cry it out了。他哭了50分钟，声撕力竭，最后自己睡着了。一觉从晚

的方法。
你后面主要已经惹了孩子的气了，他怎么肯低头呢。time out也不是让孩子低头认错的
。time out结束了以后，就当事情没发生，干别的就好了，等孩子冷静下来以后，才跟
孩子慢慢说的。
试想你跟别人吵架了，动了气了，气头上你会听人家讲道理，还跟人家认错么。。。

现在的问题是我申请的学校给了我offer，但是在给我办理I20transfer之前需要填写
visa clearance form. 当我要求我现在所在的学校fill out的时候， international
office advisor告诉我如果我拿了EAD card 超过90 unemployment就 out of status了
, 我想知道是这样的吗？如果是我现在应该怎么办呢
另外我看到有个说法是opt前后都有一个60天的grace period, 我只知道前面有。谁如
果有官方链接关于opt之后的grace period麻烦给一下吧。另外就是这种情况是不是对
我适用。
之前看到out of status可以申请reinstatement,请问这个需要多长的时间啊，一般来

EAD卡迟迟没有来，我们搬到他的工作地点后他没法上班没有收入，我们跟他的单位
商量之后启动了premium process为他办理H1b, 并且在11年3月份得到批准开始工作。
他立刻开始帮我办理F2转H4的申请，而那个时候我的F2批准信还没有下来。后来的一年
老公工作非常繁忙，我们也以为一来申请递上去就没有问题了，再则至少还有F2身份（
后来
才知道老公H1b批准后OPT立刻失效，我的F2也就跟着失效了），问了几次他们单位的律师
也都没有什么答复，就这样一直拖到最近，我们打电话到USCIS查询，结果被告知USCIS早
就批了转F2的申请，但是F2转H4的神奇概念根本没有收到过，也就是说从去年3月开始我
就已经out of status了！坑爹的律师啊！
老公去找他们单位的律师argue，他们建议立刻重新申请转H4，但是同时说因为我Out
of status
时间比较长，有可能申请被拒，但我们递交了申请之后可以一直呆到决定下来为止；另
外一个
方案就是回国签H4。现在我有问题如下：

我假设大家平均3-4年跳一次槽，当然如果你打算在一个公司做到退休，假设不成立。
另外我有自信我59.5岁以后的收入会比现在高，因为我做的行业是越老越值钱，59.5岁以后可以做做consultant，卖卖经验，以后也会积累财富和房产，也可能有自己的公司，靠
资本赚钱/capital gain。当然你如果没有这个自信，认为退休以后收入会比现在低，
那就放在401k里面不要转Roth，因为Roth是今天交税，将来享福，401k是今天不交税，

这么麻烦。
现在i94已经过期，你太太交了485也会被拒或者rfe。
如果护照没有过期，去CBP去改I94可能还有戏， 但是护照已经过期，即使在美国renew
护照，i94估计也不能改了。但回国是要有有效护照的，所以你只能去领事馆办一个旅
行证回国，在国内重新办护照。大概2个星期。
out of status倒不用担心，第一，她的OSS只有几天，基于emploment的485 (eb1, eb2
)少于180天都可以忽略，第二，回国以后重新入境，以前的out of status 都抹去。
但是她以什么身份回来取决于你的身份h1 或者f1，在她拿到签证之前您最好不要改变
身份，也就是说不要交485，因为交了以后你就不再是h1或f1,你太太的签证就有些麻烦。 |

pending的阶段出现out of status是合法的authorized stay，不计入unlawful
presence，不会对未来的485批准造成影响。
类似的合法out of status还包括485 pending（EAD/AOS/Parolee），grace
