If we consider the number and quality of projects we do each year with our
peers in those top universities in China in the area of engineering, are we
doing better here in the US? I am not at a top university but not a bad one
either. Compared with my collaborators in China, the amount of funding
available, the facilities, and the number of faculties and students, I think
we can hardly compare with them at the same level.

cancers are the case where a small # benefits greatly from targeted therapy.

It may be possible to design a simpler and fun! version of GO. For example,
design a simple cube or ball or pyramid or prism or diamond or graphite or
any suitable 3-D structures with certain coordinates. Design certain rules to
allow a player to remove the opponent's piece (in-between or outnumbered
on a line or within a closed loop/shape, etc.). Mix the game with shape

叛逆，一言不合就火花四溅。。。这个娃的小时数实在上不去。。。说白了鸡飞狗跳了
都上不去。。。这种情况下我要去守住 spiral 理念下 Z-turn 弯弯曲曲的漫长盘山公
路补给线，我手上娃可用的小时数兵力根本不行，严重 outnumbered。。。所以合适的
air-lifting 策略，我觉得在不失为一个没有办法的办法。。。

Indians, they still outnumber us in terms of H1B consumption.
My point is that with the USCIS putting more safeguards in the system,
Indian H1B consumption would never go back to the heydays which resulted in
the backlog and huge disparity between the two countries. |
